I have been a customer for many years now and enjoy the quality!

I did not receive 1 - 18oz NY strip steak.
nothing else was added to the box. been trying to reach out to someone but you never respond back. You owe me a steak

Easy to order and great food options that are healthy.

The changes to the ordering system make it take significantly longer to edit your box every order. It makes no sense whatsoever why anyone would think it’s an improvement. I have brought it up to them and it seems like they don’t care and don’t want to hear it. It sounded like employees were given scripts on how to answer inquiries about the new system to try to convince people it’s actually an improvement.

Love the new packaging. Meat is friendly solid

At first, it was really good. But after the first box I have received rotting meat. I have received freezer burnt meat. I have received poor packaging. They refuse to fix it. This meat is overpriced, especially for rotten meat. I would not absolutely not buy this

I tried two months with the first shipment arriving on the exact day I told them NOT to deliver as I was traveling.
After the offering a $80 refund and $20 off the next three shipments I agreed to stay on. The next month was missing the free steak & bacon,
When I followed up the attitude was tough luck so our family will never be ordering from butcher box again.

The meat I receive is top quality and my family and I really enjoy it. Butcher Box makes it convenient.

I recently received my first order and the quality is amazing. I wish I had subscribed ages ago.

Butcher Box has consistently great customer service and products

The items were not what I expected. On site photos reflected thicker cuts. The “farm to table” is a great idea. It only succeeds when customer service has a great follow up. All the product was stored properly from the box to the freeze. It was consumed and graded by our large family before two weeks. A phone call was made concerning quality. I asked for a partial refund as we did consume it. That equates to value at a big box store.

Good Products, shipped and delivered quickly.
One of the products was missing, which I'm taking up separately.
They are always good at explaining things and/or remedying mistakes.

Seems like the beef roast portions have gotten smaller. Other than that I love butcher box. Wish there were a little more variety but you have me as a loyal customer

For the price I didn't care for what I received. I've been trying to cancel my subscription but haven't found how to do it.

Always satisfied with my experience with ButcherBox... Easy to order, flexible with frequency of orders, prices are reasonable and affordable, good quality meats.
If I had to call you out on anything it would have to be variety. While the variety of meats is really good, I personally would like to see items like bone-in pork chops, pork steaks, cube steaks, smoked meats like hamhock or smoked turkey just to name a few. Thank you Butcher Box.

Therefore. They were tough we air fried them as we usually do, but this time they were tough you could barely eat them. Since the meat was just delivered yesterday, it’s kinda hard to answer a survey on the rest of the meat.

Butcher Box is the best! Great cuts of meat and poultry, big servings for a great price!
