Great service and packages
Efficient and straightforward from initial contact through to installation. Was running an EE 4G router/SIM, as phone line less than 7mb/s speeds, but whilst speeds hugely increased, due to high demand on phone mast the speeds were up and down and not reliable. So along came Duplia with various packages and a great offer to enable me to switch immediately (Even without deal the prices are comparable and arguably better value due to speed guarantee). Speeds guaranteed and so far excellent service. Reliable speeds throughout the house and easy to improve wireless signal with additional nodes (I have hardwired most of my kit but wireless speeds still almost as good). For us this is the best deal until one day in the distant future we might get Fibre to the home but currently that is years away!

Great company and great service
Michael and the team could not have been better. The service has been incredibly consistent with an absolute minimum of downtime over the year, of which almost none was unexpected. I can fully recommend this company to anyone looking for such broadband and would have had no hesitation in renewing had we not recently had FTTP installed.

We suffered with really poor internet…
We suffered with really poor internet where we live. Now if fantastic. I can download a film and watch it the same day. Everything went to plan with installation. Fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service, excellent customer service
Have been with Duplia for a number of months and the service provided has been excellent. A major improvement on our broadband provided via the landline. Fast speeds, even at peak times even with different devices streaming and on the internet. Also their customer service and professionalism is without fault. It was installed quickly, with no hassle by friendly profession installers. I cannot rate them highly enough and would recommend them without hesitation.
