Engineer Dave B was very polite and informative. Was considerate when carrying out his work inside and outside the house. Made sure everything was working explained what he had done and how the equipment worked, also what to do should I have any issues.

Installation completed quickly and competently. Everything left clean ad tidy and all devices working. Nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend Dan.
The experience was horrendous
The experience was horrendous.
Had a sign put outside our house saying road to be closed for 4 days.
Not stating who was doing the work or why.
Came home on Sunday to 5 heavy signs and plastic barriors on our wall.
Work supposed to start Monday that didn't happen.
We told the workmen to take the signs away from our property.
They then put at the front of the property against our plastic spout.
Sand bags overflowing on the floor in our grate.
Took photos to send to the company to complain about the lack of consideration to our property and the mess.
Work started on Tuesday the road was blocked off.
We had to drive 7 miles around as the work was on to the main road.
Do in total had to do an additional 50 miles rest of the week.
To get to work and home.
Earth was left when should have been taken away.The job wasn't done by the Thursday it was Friday.
Noise dust and workmen who were not respectful of property.
The company haven't even sent a roadsweeper to sweep the road.
Hard core on the road.
Complained £20 amazon voucher promised not received.

The installer Mr Dan D was very helpful explained everything in detail in a pleasant manner.
Dan D has been one of the best, if not the best we have had with are WiFi from Quickline. Highly recommend 👍

The girls who connected us on Friday 1st May were Louise B and Kat B.
They were very quick friendly and efficient.
We are however very concerned that we will not receive a MasterCard to pay off BT redemption fees for at least 60 days. Why can you not transfer the money to our account which would take minutes.

Great service from the start, friendly sales person , and great call centre staff, icing on the cake has been the installation person, Alvin b!! He really is a credit to the company!!soo often you have to endure installation people who you don’t feel comfortable having in your home,but Alvin was different from the start!! Warm and friendly he instantly made me comfortable and confident he would do a good job! He went above and beyond to install and explain everything to us in language we understood! We are not the most technical people and rather than make us feel silly and baffle us with jargon he was amazing! He Made it all soo easy to understand and to follow, taking great care to ensure we knew what was what!and no question was a daft question to him!!!He was soo warm ,friendly and respectful of my property, an extremely neat and tidy job, not a single thing left out of place!!!I’d recommend this company based on the service Alvin provided alone !!! He really is an asset to your company!

We recently had broadband fitted having compared the costs against our existing current provider, whilst there wasn’t much difference in cost the offered increase in speeds was the reason why we changed. The installation went well, we were kept informed by email about the process, however when the installer fitted the router he did not test the speeds in any other room of the house.
I had issues with the sky mini box connecting to the Q box and my ring door bell didn’t work, i was very frustrated but we were very fortunate that our sales representatives Clare Andrews and Keith Fenwick went above and beyond to sort the issues out - Thank you both you are a credit to the company!

Dylan R was great. Turned up when he said he would. Was very patient with my elderly mother and did a good job, explaining what he was doing as he went along. Made sure everything was working as it should before he left. Thank you!

On site visit
Engineer visit arranged to install two signal extenders.
Engineer arrived on time having previously phoned with an up date.
Engineer was polite, helpful and considerate.
Took trouble to ensure systems fully functioning before departing.
