Installation of our conservatory, house windows and doors all went very smoothly. Andy and Blake were professional and polite. Only reason not 5 stars is that we were made to believe that downlighters in the conservatory were included in the price but we had to pay their electrician separately at additional cost to the quote

Had a new door fitted recently. Although it took a bit of time to get everything sorted, the issue was finally resolved, and the door was installed perfectly. I’m really happy with the end result. Thank you for great service!

Paul Wilkinson made buying a new front door incredibly easy. I Would highly recommend them to anyone.

My earlier complaint was ignored until Darren came on the scene when it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Ian came to fit my new front door. He worked quickly and was friendly, respectful and did an excellent job.

Excellent service from first phone call to the day of fitting windows. Very pleasant staff and fitters and nothing too much trouble. Always easy to contact over the phone with any queries and super quality windows. When fitters leave they leave everything clean and tidy you wouldn’t know you had had workmen in the house.

Just had new windows fitted by Britannia, everything was excellent for the original visit by George who was really nice and didn't pressure me into purchasing windows unlike other salespeople from other window companies (cough cough Anglian). The surveyor was also done on time and an installation date was provided . The fitting and job was done to a high quality and I am now considering bringing them back again to change my toilet windows! The price was also really competitive and great value for money. Overall top service by Britannia although they did forget to install the new handles for an existing window they rectified the issue promptly and sent someone else the next day to come install them , highly recommend Britannia and thanks George for being a great respectful salesman!

We really can't rate Britannia Windows highly enough! We are so thrilled with our new windows and door. We initially got in contact through Paul who was very professional in providing us with quotes and discussing options with us. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was always available on email if we needed. Our fitters Luke and Ben were fantastic and really took care over their work and our property. They covered inside with dust sheets and hoovered up afterwards too. They were approachable, friendly, courteous and reliable, I felt comfortable having them in the house. We would 100% recommend Britannia Windows and are looking forward to working with them again on some future projects!

This is the second time we have used Britannia Windows and once again we are really pleased with the windows and patio doors we had fitted by Brittania. Paul was incredibly helpful throughout the quotation stage and the windows were installed without fuss. Only slight issue was that the Engineers were unable to fit the blinds that we had purposefully had included in the works but Tia kindly arranged for them to be fitted just a week after the windows and door were fitted. Would definitely recommend.

Had door fitted on January 9th and the lock has not been right from the start. I am unable to lock it and three times locksmiths have been out to ‘sort’ it. It has just failed to lock again and I am trapped in the house unable to go out until I can make my house secure.
The door is less than two months old and needs re-hanging. As a 70 year old widow I cannot deal with this every few weeks.

Britannia responded promptly to this fourth call out to fix a door which is less than two months old. Unfortunately until I am totally certain that the latest fix is the answer, then I am unable to upgrade my one star.
The lock has now worked OK for two weeks but I have not received the promised pot of paint needed to cover up the scratchescaused by fixing the door lock and the white already showing through on the sealant strip.

Very pleased with Brittania. All the staff have been polite, efficient and courteous. The fitters, Tim & Vinnie, turned up promptly, worked hard & cleaned up after themselves every day. Any little snagging issues were resolved without question and quickly. The quality of the conservatory appears to be of a high standard.

The guys were very informative and not pushy with any sales or discounts. The fitters were great very clean and efficient tidying as they went. Would definitely recommend Britannia Windows

My experience with Britannia Windows was excellent. The fitters were polite, punctual and respectful to me, my wife and our property. The product is far better than I’ve had in the past from some other window and door manufacturers. I personally would recommend them to family and friends and certainly use them again. Also a shout out to the fitters Billy and Ben who were brilliant.

I had an initial visit from Sam from the Eastleigh branch who gave me clear recommendations that met my needs without the long drawn out selling spiel I got from other companies. The quote was well priced and the options broken down clearly.
The survey visit was smooth and the gentleman that did it was very pleasant.
The installation date was sooner than expected and the team who turned up (Billy and Ben) were lovely.
There was a issue with the front door as information had not been relayed properly between sales and factory but it was dealt with professionally and I was contacted within 20 minutes to explain that they would fit the french doors that day, and return the following week to fit the front door once the requested cat flap had been installed.
Billy returned today to fit the front door, everything went smoothly and I received a call from the office to check everything was satisfactory and to apologise again for the delay.
The doors look great and the installation guys left the place spotless.
I will definitely use them again in the future.

We used Britannia windows twice now and each time the fitters have been Joe and Reece. Joe and Reece are always polite and do an excellent job when installing the windows and doors. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Britannia windows should be proud to have people like Joe and Reece working for them!

We are extremely happy with the quality our new casement windows and doors. They look superb in Agate grey and I must say that the fitters Billy and Ben went out of their way to be considerate and get every detail correct. We cannot fault the workmanship. Infact all the staff from Sam in sales, through to Tia who resolved minor snagging issues with some handles, were a delight to deal with and we have no hesitation in recommending this company.
