We had 5 windows changed by Britania Windows. The fitter Paul was very polite and tidy. Also he did a great job and we will have Britannia Windows back again when we have more work done.

We decided to get a roof put on our conservatory. Everything was very straightforward and well explained. Every member of staff I spoke to was polite and helpful. After choosing a design the fitters came and did the job perfectly. They were really professional and were very approachable and answered any questions I had.
We're really pleased with the roof and special shootouts to Sam, Dave, Pete, Tia and Karen. Thanks again.

The products are all excellent and every member of staff who I have spoken to has been extremely helpful, kind and professional. I had an unusual request with what I needed and, despite a few technical difficulties, the work has been completed to a very high standard. I have been impressed with the workmanship and the care that was taken whilst the work was being carried out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Britannia to anyone who needed any doors or windows replaced.

A great company to deal with at every stage of the process for buying a replacement front door. First of all, very helpful service in their local showroom, taking me through the various options and price points. Then a couple of home visits to quote for the work and then do a detailed survey of the site.

Lead times were very good, as was the price quoted. Installation went very smoothly and the fitter was both friendly and professional...and the new door looks great.

All in all, very satisfied!

Excellent service and a good team. Fitted 2 replacement composite entrance doors. Very good quality product.
Only negative is that the front door key takes a lot of force to turn even after the fitter eased the fit for us.
We are in our 70's and the salesman should have advised us of this possible issue and we would have chosen a different opening mechanism.
Otherwise we would have awarded 5 stars for the product quality and for all aspects of their service.

Paul installed two large windows into our house. Paul was professional and very efficient. The house, both inside & out, was left very clean & tidy. Thank you - great job.

had originally ordered through Anglian who cancelled our order just before installation. two months wasted then got Britannia round. Price cheaper than Anglian and without all the pressure on signs outside property and advertising bull. there was an issue with the original date of installation but communication and installation team were excellent and they pulled out everything to install before Christmas. very happy with my new door!

Dreadful experience throughout. Continual delays, last minute cancellations of installation dates and extremely poor communications throughout. We would not use them again and would never recommend them.

The only element which went as expected, although months later than we were advised during the presales process, was the fitting.

We were very pleased with our recent experience using Britannia windows for new windows and front door. Paul was very good at explaining everything to do with the pricing and process and we never felt any sales pressure - very reassuring. The fitters - Ben and Luke - were a pleasure to have on site and were so amenable when it came to questions or requests. When problems arose, they were very keen to rectify them as quickly as they could and took a real pride in their work. Office staff we spoke to were equally keen to get things right. We would definitely recommend the company.

Super happy with our new windows - we worked with Paul Wilkinson to trial different designs and he was incredibly patient and efficient with sending the various prices through. We also took advantage of the pay 10% deposit and pay the rest in 6 months offer which was great for budgeting during a big renovation project!

After care is no existant they won't answer phone on occasion they have promise to ring back but don't they did a good job they won't come back to repair would not recomend them cause of that

From start to finish, I cannot fault Britannia Windows. Paul Wilkinson was really helpful and gave us so many options for our front door and even different window designs that I had not thought of. The product itself is fantastic and would not hesitate to recommend them!

I am a customer of one of your acquisitions Rodda and Hocking in Cornwall, and I’m writing regarding an ongoing issue with two broken window handles that are under guarantee. In September, a helpful engineer visited to assess the problem. As was required to resolve the issue, while attempting to loosen one of the handles, he caused damage to the window. Furthermore both handles remain broken,

Following his visit, he contacted Sue to arrange the next steps, but I have since struggled to get a resolution. Despite several follow-ups via email and phone calls—where I was assured by Sue I’d receive a response—no action has been taken.

This delay is causing additional problems, as the affected window is in a bathroom that now cannot be ventilated. As a result, mould has started to form on the walls, which is not only unsightly but poses a potential health risk to my children and me.

I see your company has positive reviews on Trustpilot, and I am sure you would usually address a simple but important fix like this. I kindly ask for your urgent intervention to resolve this matter promptly.

Got it right this time. I have used Britannia a few times, and a few issues were eventually resolved after a bit of chasing. This time, a new bathroom window was fitted at a good price, within a reasonable time frame and with no issues. Paul the salesman was a helpful and responsive as ever.
