My Family and I recently had a new UPVC patio door and back door supplied and fitted by Britannia Windows.

From initial enquiry to survey and installation, the whole process was seamless. Paul, our Sales Consultant, was fabulous throughout and gave me confidence from the start that the job would be done with quality and best value in mind.

I asked if the job could be fast tracked so that the install was completed before Christmas and Paul managed to go the extra mile and get this done for me.

The install team arrived promptly on the day and were friendly, professional and efficient.

The whole process was faff-free, quick, high quality and my family are delighted with our new doors. I highly recommend this company to all. Bravo Britannia Windows!!

We had two big bay windows, two smaller windows in triple glazing along with a new front door. Communication was good, the fitters do a great job, the standard of the fit and finish is high. The quality of the windows and door is great as well. Plus the prices of their windows and doors is very competitive. They don’t start with a massive price and work down to a sensible price in stages. You get the competitive price right away.

Where to begin! This company has all the lovely customer service, but sadly without the team to back up what they promise. It is honestly an endless catalogue of failure. I spent just shy of £20k on aluminium windows (I’m not even going to begin going into the problems during installation). Six years down the line I had a minor faulty part. Unsurprisingly, not seemingly covered by the 10 year warranty. So a replacement part was requested. No follow up. I chased. After four, yes four months, they got in touch. The part had gone missing. Later an appointment for fitting was agreed. I took time out to ensure I was home. I even called on the day to confirm. Britannia were a no-show. Again, I had to chase. Another appointment agreed. Again, they didn’t show up. I’m done with this company.

If you value your time, don’t be fooled by the lovely sales/customer service, because in my experience they are time wasters and the service team are sadly lacking in everything from communication to quality of service.

Awful. The catalogue of errors is beyond belief! Selling part was easy and friendly, but the actual job was the worst tradesmen shoddy work I’ve ever seen. A lack of care and an bodge job. All windows had to be redone. Avoid its really not worth it. The guarantee after also isn’t worth the paper it’s written on , I’ve given up trying to get them to fix something for the last 6 month this year(2025)

The installation only took 2 days and Jamie was diligent and considerate. The weather was wet but Jamie soldiered on to ensure we had the least disruption. The rooms were left clean and tidy so we had very little to do to tidy up afterwards. The windows look great and we can already feel the difference. We would highly recommend this type of installation

Used twice ,First time wrong colour frames fitted ,had to wait for the right colour, Held up our build, We decided to give them another go fitting our front door ,More fool us, Fitted grey door with white hinges and white strip at bottom, Took 5 weeks to sort . Delayed us again in our house being rendered , They do not care ,No way would we go near them again, An update ,the front door you fitted dropped. we have got another company to fix as we know it will be a mission with you guys,

I just want to give a big shoutout to Britannia Windows Eastleigh, for the awesome job they did at my place. They replaced my windows and doors, and honestly, everything looks fantastic. Even my neighbors are asking about it! I can’t recommend them enough, and I’ve already been telling friends and family about the great experience.

There was a tiny issue with one of the window at the end, but I reached out and they sorted it out quickly. Overall, I’m super happy and would definitely go with them again in the future. Thanks a lot, guys!

Do not use this firm they don't come out on time and the customer service is none existent the fitter's broke the glass in one of the units and we have waited 24hrs for a replacement they said they told us about the broke glass which they didn't then said they would return the next day which they haven't done

Excellent customer service from Tim, who expertly rebuilt my kitchen window with no fuss and also worked hard to sort out a problem with my bedroom window within 24 hours.

Replaced 7 upvc windows. Ash (Sales rep) was very helpful. His advice was great and he stayed in touch through to end. Office staff were very friendly. Surveyor was spot on. Fitters did a great job and were tidy. Windows really good quality and the price was reasonable.

Just had new windows fitted by Britannia via Jason Gill.
This bloke is a legend and worked flat out to install my windows and gave exceptional service.
He deserves the biggest bonus as an outstanding ambassador for this firm.

We had a lovely gentleman called Andy from Exeter.
He was honest efficient, and polite.
I had lots of after visit queries he was very patient and nothing was to much trouble.
Even once we confirmed the sale he offered any advise if needed.
I would say Britiania are very lucky to have him

The fitters were very experienced to a high standard. Tim, Freddie and Vinny made sure that they fitted our roof before a heavy storm arrived. They worked flat out. Which we were grateful for.Freddie did the flashing to a high standard. They left the conservatory very clean and helped to replace our furniture afterwards. On the strength of this We will highly recommend Brittania to all our friends. Very pleased that we chose your Firm.

Excellent work and highly recommended service

I purchased an orangery from Launa Windows Ltd (bought by Britannia Windows and Doors), completed in March 2018, with a 10-year warranty through QANW / Warranty Services Ltd.

Since 2020, the orangery has developed a persistent leak. I have repeatedly contacted Launa Windows and QANW regarding inspection and repair but to date, I have received no written response or action to resolve the problem, leaving the warranty unfulfilled and the issue ongoing.

I am sharing this review to highlight the lack of response from both the installer and the warranty provider and to encourage them to address warranty claims properly.

I was so pleased to meet Richard Tinknell at the Britannia showroom in Clevedon during my search for a replacement front door with surrounding glazed frame. I like to support local businesses and I was greeted with a warm welcome here. What a refreshing change to meet a sales person who listened really well, understood what I wanted, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and at no point made me feel pressured. Richard’s professional manner, knowledge and experience enabled him to guide me into making great choices. Genuine customer service is hard to find these days so if the manufacture and installation of my new door is as good as the sales experience I received, I will be delighted!

Great service from Britannia Windows from start to finish. Paul explained everything on the first visit and this really helped us to choose the best front door for our needs. Fitter did a great job and spent his time making sure it opened and closed smoothly. Easy to understand payments needed and had updates on when to pay what. Love my new front door and have had lots of compliments from friends and family.
