So I've had an issue with my star base and contacted their customer support and they was willing to help and sent out a replacement fast thanks again

I am really happy with my new brazen gaming chair. When I received it 1 of the arm rests had been damaged on delivery. So I emailed the customer service an could not of been happier with the response. They was very understanding an helpful an sent a new arm rest out which I received 2days later. Great customer service. Thankyou so much would definitely recommend an would use again.

I have bought the Panther gaming chair for my son which developed a fault in the left channel speaker. i contacted Brazen on a sunday night at around half 7 (i should also add that the following day was also a bank holiday monday) on their on line chat, and honestly didnt expect a response. But they did..... and an instruction was send to their warehouse to ship a part for the chair. there was no messing around, no having to ship the chair back and forth. just sensible speedy response. I had been gifted a brazen puma PC gaming chair that suffered a fault in the base , contacted the company and issue was sorted incredibly quick with a replacement part being shipped right away. Fantastic customer service provided by dale many thanks again .

I have a Brazen Elite gaming chair which I really like, unfortunately the seat base failed and I contacted Brazen customer support, they responded immediately to my enquiry and seat me a new base which arrived the next day FOC.Customer service of the highest order.

Contacted customer services over base plate breaking, chair is only 8 months old but unfortunately out of warranty. Customer service response was prompt. A replacement part is being sent for free. Cannot ask for a better result.

contacted brazen aftersales service after i was sent a wheel instead of a star base, customer service was really good advised they didn't have any in stock but had one returned so are going to send me that. really quick in their reply.

Bought my BraZen Phantom Elite gaming chair two years ago - the metal base supporting the chair cracked but they were happy to send out a replacement part even though my warranty had run out!

The Brazen 2.1 Bluetooth Gaming Chair that would bought is great. Really comfortable and great quality.
We did have an issue with it but the BraZen customer service responded really quickly and resolved the problem really quickly. I was very impressed with their after sales service!.

Brought two chairs for my daughters for Christmas, overall chairs excellent, sturdy, comfortable etc.
Had a slight problem with one, nothing major and was out of warranty but aftersales were brilliant and still sorted the issue, excellent company to deal with.

Five star experience- very quick response for a problem with a broken chair. Replacement part is being sent free of charge. Extremely impressed especially on a bank holiday weekend.

I love love love this chair. I have to admit at first I was a bit hesitant because I wanted a foreign Chair, But I read the reviews and they were so convincing. I sweat it is one of the best decisions I have made. I absolutely love this chair. It is extremely comfortable, it also looks amazing too. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. I cannot comment on the assembly as I got a lovely gentlemen to do it for me, but he seemed to have assembled rapidly. I cannot speak highly enough about his chair, I am super pleased. Thank you to Brazen. This has improved my work from home life!

I have purchased 3 of these chairs for myself and family members over the past 18 months. They are incredibly comfortable, of the highest quality, and super easy to put together. The chair parts are replaceable, so if you need a new arm, seat, etc., you can swap them out. Way better than having to buy a new chair!!

Their customer service is really excellent, and they are super quick to respond if you have any issues.

Friends and colleagues have also purchased these on my recommendation. If you are looking for a great chair at a reasonable cost, look no further than Brazen.

Our kids had been nagging us for decent gaming chairs for a while. There's a lot out there, but we quickly identified Brazen chairs as having a good range of features and attractive styling, plus getting solid reviews in various places.

We tried one of the Phantom Elite chairs and were very pleased with it. Delivery was prompt, well packaged, and the chair was easy to assemble. The chair itself is very comfy and solidly made. Our in-house critics also approved, so we quickly bought two more of the same model - but different colours of course.

Purchased a chair for my 12 year son he loves it, great support. I had an issues with the stitching which I only noticed when I pulled it out of the box. I emailed customer service and got a replacement back within days, great customer service.

Purchased a Brazen chair and it is amazing, unfortunately had an issue where the Star Bracket cracked and snapped. I got in contact with Brazen and their aftersales team and I got a swift and friendly reply offering me suppliers of replacements and other options to help rectify the issue, couldn't be happier with the result and thank you to Stephen in Customer Care for providing such amazing service.

After unboxing the chair I discovered that one of the arm rests was damaged. Contacted BraZen and received a reply within the hour that a replacement part will be send. Great service and a great chair.
