There was an issue with deliver outside of the companies control they really went the extra mile to make sure the product was delivered as quickly as possible, communication was excellent and the quality of the product is great.

Purchased a BraZen Stingray 2.0 Children's Gaming Chair in colour Grey for my 3yo Grandson as a Christmas Gift & aside from the Chair being totally awesome, it was delivered super fast.. My Grandson loves it! He is a Robloxian & has been for almost 2 years..
The Gaming Chair is super sturdy, comfy & easily folded..
The service I received was excellent, from ordering to registering my FREE 2 year Warranty - I even received a personal email in response! Incredible!
I cannot rate BraZen highly enough but will absolutely recommend & definitely purchase Gaming Goods from them again..

Brought the Bluetooth surround sound brazen chair for my son for Christmas. I put the chair together by myself and connecting the Bluetooth to his switch and other devices was straight forward. My son said this was the best present I've ever got him. The chair is supportive and comfortable and the sound quality is amazing! Would recommend.

I ordered a chair which had a broken part after a while and they sent me a replacement part after only an hour of getting down to the problem.

Buying the panther gaming chair has made my son so happy. We got it last year as a Xmas surprise after a couple of years telling him he can’t have one as it was too big for the room he had his Xbox in. I finally caved at letting him have it in his own room now he was older so got him this chair and he absolutely loves it
We had an accidental damage to the chair and contacted Brazen and their aftersales team were very quick to respond and solve our issue.

extremely happy with my brazen gaming chair it is extremely comfortable and practical i sent an email asking where i would buy replacement parts if i need them and pretty much got an instant reply now thats what i call aftersale service i wish all companies responded like this

Honestly I cannot say any bad things about Brazen Gaming Chairs. The chairs are so comfortable and easy to assemble. When I had an issue with my chair, the customer service team were fantastic. I emailed them my issue and received a response within minutes. I cannot fault the customer service team at all.

Bought a BraZen Serpent 2.1 gaming chair. What a great chair! Built in speakers and a powerful subwoofer really immerse you in the games. Love playing when everyone’s out as I can really crank this up! I bought the chair three years ago and just had one of the parts fail. BraZen couldn’t be more helpful and It’s great to be able repair something instead of having to replace it.
