Great quality chair. There was a mix up with the arm rests but it was sorted quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for a chair which can cope with heavy use… don’t hesitate to get BraZen.

Initial order was unable to be fulfilled but speedy contact from company who offered alternative colour which was accepted. Great communication and delivered next day.

I am so impressed with the gaming chair I purchased for my son. It’s really good quality and very sturdy and also looks great. My son absolutely loves it. The service was excellent and delivery prompt. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

The chair was faulty upon opening so we emailed them. A very rude member of staff named Dale responded twice aggressively. Absolutely despicable customer service. Cannot recommend neither the product or the customer service at all. Please avoid this company.

My gaming chair broke, so I bought one of these ones. I sat in it for 10 minutes and just switched back into sitting in the broken one, it was this bad. The arm rests are incredibly low and the back rest is digging between my shoulder blades really badly. I've been more comfortable on a bus! And the best part is that the "No Quibble Returns" is a complete lie. Apparently I can only return this chair for being uncomfortable IF I HAVEN'T ASSEMBLED IT. How am I supposed to tell if it's comfortable by looking at the box it came in??! DON'T RISK BUYING THIS.

Outstanding online support - my refund was received timeously and communication throughout was excellent! I accidentally ordered the wrong chair (an adults one) and meant to order the kids chair - now re-ordered and hoping it will make it in time for xmas! This company's customer service advisors excelled! The only fault I would say is that if you need to return the item like I did (brand new, in box, undamaged etc) they do not arrange pick up - you have to arrange this yourself and that was costly for me totalling £40 (cheapest I could get given size n weight) but it was my sons main xmas pressie so I will just have to cut back elsewhere knowing he will be delighted with it when the right one arrives, albeit my fault originally!

Bought the chair a year ago. No problems at all, great quality and when I wanted to ask a question, customer services answered within 24 hours.

Customer Service don't even reply - I've sent 2 emails and twice used the online form on their website and not even been acknowledged.

Customer service has been fantastic. I contacted them with an issue regarding the base and a new part was sent out straight away. Absolutely amazing service from a great company.

Very unprofessional in their correspondence. I've had this chair for about a year, 6 months in the seat was becoming uncomfortable to sit in. Now almost a year later, the gaslift has failed. Whereas other sites would offer to replace this for free (why else would you offer a 2-year warranty?), BraZen does not.

Instead, they pointed me to their site to purchase a new gaslift.

A quick look through their warranty information will tell you that casters, arms, gaslifts and more are NOT covered under warranty, which begs the question, what is covered?

What good is a 2-year warranty when the only thing covered is the seat cushion?

How this company has such a high trustpilot I'll never understand. I'll never purchase from them again, nor will anyone I'm close with. Embarrassing.

9/11 Edit: They just got back to me and offered to give me a free gaslift on this occasion if I gave them a 5-star review on trustpilot. Obviously not doing that. Shady company. Avoid.

Received a faulty chair from brazen gaming chairs online.
I sent pictures to customer services along with the order number. The agent wanted me to send the original email, I felt this would loose the communication with the agent and so asked him again to please use my order no. Eventually frustrated I said he was wasting my time. I then received further condescending email saying that they would not help any further with my customer complaint as he did not like the tone of the email.... Must be a very delicate flower and wonder why someone like him would be in customer services. Anyhow, I tried to contact the number, its just a mobile then instant message...And another email from another email address... Nothing.
I then called consumer rights helpline part of trading standards. They instructed me of an email to write back to citing my consumer rights to them and how to proceed with the return... I then received another email saying they did not like the tone and made threats that if it went to court I would loose...
Another legal email sent reminding them of consumer rights and the perfectly legal T&C of the previous email. Again, just ignored. I have registered the case with trading standards and am left with a faulty manufactured chair. Just to say, I believe the Agents are operating from abroad even though they cite being a UK based company. They have no customer service skills and do not know how to deal with customers complaints and the handling seems to be very dictatoral.. I even received a response of peace and love but were not going to help me. So i will send a letter to the company director registered in the UK and pursue with the trading standards complaint. They will not even give me details of how to return.
So advise, do not buy online direct from Brazen gaming chairs , use one of the recommended shops like Curry's.... The company needs some training in customer services and remove the immature facetious handlers.

After the bolt and baseplate broke on Brazen Sentinel Elite gaming chair I contacted the aftersales team and they agreed to send out a replacement free of charge. Great after-sales service. Really happy with service
