Fab after sales service, very efficient, with emails back and forwards couldn’t be more helpful.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Even threatened me via email. Will never buy another product from brazen.

Purchased a Puma chair from Game. Within a week the seat stitching started to come apart. Contacted Game who, true to them, fobbed me off. Tried Brazen Direct by email and then on their website message facility. Didn't even respond. Beware, quality of products is suspect and Customer Service non existent. You have been warned!
UPDATE:-Responses from Brazen below. Laughable that in 2023, some people think that this is the way to conduct business. Clearly an amateur organisation which has grown very quickly and will likely disappear just as quickly. If you choose to buy from them, you have been warned!

Had a slight problem with the block mechanism on a gaming chair I bought for my Sons Xmas present. Dale in customer care couldn't have been more helpful. Within a day of raising a query through the Brazen Gaming Chairs website, a replacement part had been ordered and posted out to me.

The chair is brilliant.. however be careful what question you ask if you need customer support. Their reply left me speechless. Unless you’re a tech pro you get 0 respect . It’s a shame . Dale - get a life !!!!!!

Had a problem with the sound on set up Christmas day. Emailed tech support and got an answer the same day with the solution.

I needed a new chair for working from home and online research led me to gaming chairs. I was after a chair either without arms or with removable arms which isn’t a common feature in gaming chairs. This led me to the Phantom Elite chair which works with or without the arms attached. Purchased through Currys, I’ve had the chair nearly 6 months and it’s proved comfortable, even for long working days, has good adjustability, and seems quite well made and robust. Recommended as a good, affordable, working from home chair.

For the price, there's not a better gaming chair on the market. I got their Emperor XXX and use it as an office chair it's comfy and looks very good in my office space.

I found this gaming chair on Brazen's website and it seemed perfect for my needs. Bought as a gift for my son this Christmas. He absolutely loved it as it came as a great surprise. Putting it together was simple (about five minutes) and was in use immediately. The ordering process was simple too and received my purchase within three days. Brilliant. Would definitely use again.
