Very helpful, swift and efficient, customer service excellent and my boy is very happy with his chair.

I had a issue with my chair, contacted the customer service team and within 24hrs have had a response with option given. Great customer service. Will use again.

Having purchased one of their chairs 18 months ago, part of it broke. To find out what could be done, I contacted them for advice. As this was a bank holiday, I wasn't expecting a reply for several days. To my astonishment, they replied almost immediately offering a replacement part.
Amazing level of service!

Ordered a gaming chair and didn't put the promo code in for the free headphones offer. Realized after I'd completed checkout, so thought I'd try emailing customer support and see if I could still have them. Dale got back to me very quickly and said no worries I can have them :) Great customer service, looking forward to receiving my chair and headphones!

Chair was great for 3.5 months, then it started to sound like an old coffin.
Customer service is awful and the guy responding to emails should learn some manners.
Don't expect to hear, Sorry, hi, thank you because the person responding to your emails doesn't care.
The chair looks new but sounds like its 100 years old and its unusable so will have to take it skip.
Tried to ask for replacement seat but they fob me off with sending 10% off coupon that is valid for 48hours lmao.
Bunch of cowboys. Stay away.
My guess is that there are so many positive reviews because they are fake or after 1 week of using.
I am currently escalating the issue with paypal because they ignore my emails.

I had bought my daughter the Brazen puma gaming chair as a present for her 9th birthday. She loves the chair and was quite upset after a year of use ,the Right arm rest had developed a fault .
I emailed customer service and was not expecting too much help as I had read the reviews about how faults or issues were dealt with .
I can Honestly say the customer service was excellent 👌 👍.
Dale had the issue resolved and two days later I was in reciept of a replacement armchair armrest ,
What a legend 👏.

I would/will recommend this company to family and friends as not many companies have this resolve and understanding 👍.

Would give it zero stars if I could gaming chair lasted 6 months with my 10 year old son leather peeling off chair 2 year warranty means nothing fob you off claiming you don't have a warranty total waste of money

Got a gaming chair as our old one broken, found this one on Amazon, delivery was very quick, we love the chair and the fact the cushions are detachable and we can adjust it if we want too. It’s a very nice and modern looking chair and very comfortable in general.

I’d used my gaming chair so much that the block mechanism had broke. Emailed the company who got back to me within 24 hours with the replacement product I needed. Ordered and received in a few days, back on the Xbox!!
My chair has a rumble pack, sub woofer and speakers in the headset! Not just that, but it’s comfortable too!!

I purchased the Brazen Venom Elite gaming chair.
The chair itself is a beautiful looking chair and extremely comfortable but this 1 star review is based on the APPALLING customer service I had.
The agent I was Emailing was 'DALE' and after looking through the reviews - He has also been rude/unprofessional to other people.
Without going into to much detail and boring people - there was a slight issue with one of the bolt holes in the chair. I contacted customer service who replied and told me it was my fault and that I wasn't being honest with what I was saying.
He called me a Liar, twice, told me not to bother sending it back and to buy a tool kit and fix it myself.
I worked in retail for 15 years and know this is no way to speak to a customer (especially one who has just spent £130 on a chair)!
Anyway, end result was spending a bit more, fixing it myself and now have a great looking chair but Dale can get run over by a bus and if he survives then get another job - Customer Service is not for him.

Fantastic chair at a reasonable price. Just as good as other well known brands. Fast delivery too and easy instructions

Husband and son both have chairs even brought spare parts for hubby. Easy to order and get the replacement

Very good value chair,and after sales service.

Really nice quality chair for the money. One of the arms was imperfect which alot of people would happily live with but i'm a bit OCD and reached out to the aftersales team anyway in case....they didn't question it and sent a replacement part within a couple of days. Impressive all round.

Initially prompt after sales service from Dale, no delays in offering to send replacement part provided I give a 5 star review. Dale sent the part on the condition I would adjust my then 4 star review after receiving the part.

Once the part was received, I reached out to get advice on how to replace the part as it was not part of the instructions. Unfortunately this is where the customer service has failed with rude and condescending service which is no way to speak to customers.

"Commonsense" that if you provide rude customer service, you will get a bad review Dale.

Be careful of these "5 star" reviews...

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Exactly what I was looking for for my son’s Christmas present. Easy to put together and according to son a very comfortable gaming chair.

Bought the Chair as a Birthday gift for my 9yr old son. He loves it. Brilliant quality, easy to assemble. An all-round great service from Brazen, from ordering to delivery.
