We received our Brazen gaming chair for our son for Christmas present. It arrived within 2 days of ordering, which was fantastic.
The chair itself is of good quality and appears to be fantastic. Can't wait to see his face when he sees it!

Chair less than a year old
Leather cracking and splitting used by a child so not excessive use. Contacted customer service and a rude 2 line reply sent back informing me upholstery not covered and improve humidity in the room.

Not built to last, lots of people on Amazon experiencing similar issues. Poor aftercare support and agressive communication from seller and manufacturer when trying to resolve.

Ordered a replacement arm as the original arm broke and was able to order simply and delivery was swift and the updates were timely.

Product broke after 10 months, warranty doesn't exist if it's over 6 months old apparently. Customer service was absolutely shocking, just got rude emails back and then ignored, don’t want to help at all. Avoid this company. The 5 star ratings on here must be fake!

I purchased a brazen gaming chair 2.1 the chair won’t connect to my ps5 the chair itself is so uncomfortable I can’t sit in it for more than 5mins buy cheap and you get rubbish my advice don’t purchase from online you might want sit in one to check comfort another problem with the chair is it don’t have height adjustment

Ordered a new replacement seat for my gaming chair on a Sunday afternoon and it arrived the next day, amazing service and was kept fully informed from picking my order to what time the delivery driver would be knocking on my door. As always quality product from Brazen, if only all firms would operate this efficiently.

Bought a chair from this company via amazon. Company trading there as I M S Trading. Wheel broke on 1st use. Tried to return as poor quality, but apparently to do this I have to pay to return heavy, bulky item. Amazon contacted the company on my behalf many times to get them to collect item and refund me, they refused because there is never a genuine reason for a chair to be returned to them as broken parts can be replaced. They then went on to advise amazon that customer should have read this companies return policy, and amazon should advise me to not return the chair. As a good will gesture amazon have refunded the item as I don't have the financial or physical ability as a disabled person to return chair to company. So if you may not want to accept poor quality items or may even as you have the right change your mind, do not buy from this company. I've also posted review on site jabber where pictures of company responses will be available to view once review is live.

Appalling company. Absolutely dire customer service and the attitude of the male staff member was beyond contempt. Chair faulty over a short period, attitude was truly shocking and aggressive. Never wanted a refund, just a chair fit for purpose. In the end stuck with chair as stitching fell apart. Some advice… there is honest people who are not interested in a paltry some for poor workmanship, just a chair that lives up to expectation. Da**d

We reported an issue with regards to a gaming chair we bought. The response from the customer services team was very prompt and resolved with no issues within hours. This was also on a Sunday which we weren’t expecting, very pleased with the service and outcome.

We now have 8 chairs in the office, they are very comfy and the oldest one has been there 4 years.

Our company colours are black and pink and we've really struggled to find this colour scheme but Brazen do it and we love them!

They were delivered quicker than expected so an all round great service!

Great aftersales service: I had an issue with my sons chair after he managed to brake a part, I contacted BraZen Technical Support. They responded really quickly and politely and offered a solution. Supper happy to find I can get the replacement parts I required and will have a very happy son again once they arrive.
