When I tell you these chairs are attrocious they break very easily and are not made well. On top of that they customer service is so bad. They are rude, don't care and have a really bad attitude and the people on the customer service team clearly have mental issues as they can't seem to have a normal conversation without being rude and are very unproffesional. I wasted £170 buying this chair as it broke within 2 months. When I asked for a replacement they said no and gave me an ultimatum saying we can't give you a replacement. What kind of customer service is this. Please don't take this review light heartidly they have rubbish chairs and rubbish customer service. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

It's very difficult to be constructive when the Company will not engage or communicate with you to resolve the issue of faulty goods in a timely /reasonable manner.A lovely looking chair but faulty and won't recline as it should. Abysmal customer service .AVOID AVOID AVOID..£170 down the drain..The law is not on your side as a consumer.!!!!!

It's so refreshing to be able to buy a replacement part for an expensive chair and know that it will fit. Locating the required part was as simple as it could be, ordering was straight forward and I was kept up to date of the process of my order. It was even delivered earlier than expected. Brilliant service and I'll quite happily buy from Brazen again.

The chair is brilliant quality and just what I wanted. It was delivered exactly when it said it would without any issues, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a quality chair that is good value

fast delivery from point of purchase, well packaged. and clear instructions, just the base and arms to screw in. plastic buttons were fiddly to push in to cover the holes.

Their customer service is actually quite fast amd speedy in responding to queries. (via email)
Does the jobs its intended for, and potential for future upgrades. be advised though you will need the digital audio converter for newer tv's, bluetooth connectivity not tried from tv to chair yet, but works from other devices i.e mobile phones.

future upgrade could included rechargable internal battery, thus removing the need have power cable connected when in use. (thought for future upgrades).

overall cant fault it and does the job.

Ordered a Brazen gaming chair. Swift delivery, well packaged, and on opening the box easy to assemble with clear instructions. Good quality, sturdy chair, fit for purpose. Would recommend.

We bought my son a Brazen surround sound gaming chair for Christmas.
The product arrived promptly and in itself appears to be good quality, however, it is very small.

On their website it is advertised thus:
Suitable in size for a small adult - targeted market for this product is 14 years of age and under.
Recommended maximum load of 80 kg. Overall dimensions are in centimetres Height:92; Width:54; Length:68.
The chair is designed for 6 years old and up to small adults.

My son fits within all of these categories, therefore the chair was bought in good faith. I contacted Brazen to ask about an exchange and the email response I received was appalling. No greeting or sender name, just a rude email telling me that I had made a buying mistake and if I’d opened the box, I might as well sell it on eBay as nearly new. How am I supposed to know what the chair is like if I don’t open the box? I responded, quoting their own web information back to them and have had zero reply.

Please think before you buy. I’m not saying that their products aren’t good, but their policies and customer service leave a lot to be desired. We bought British to try and support a home grown company and feel very let down by their attitude and lack of respect.

We bought the Brazen Puma gaming chair for my sons birthday and he absolutely loves it. Goes really well with his newly decorated bedroom and spends plenty of time sitting in it playing with his mates. Would most definitely buy again, does precisely what we wanted it to do 👍

Awful awful customer service if that's what's it called. Honestly never had such a bad experience with a company. Had a simple enquiry regarding a part failing after 18 months and enquired if still within warranty and basically got told "no" they were extremely unprofessional and after a few polite emails from myself they blocked me from contacting them. I have no other route to speak to them now. All I'm left with is leaving bad reviews and posting my experience on social media and maybe they might change their ways. Products are ok however I've had now 2 elite 2.1 replacement input/output modules fail within a few years. Think I'll be buying another brand next time.

I brought the Panther Elite gaming chair for my teen son for a Christmas present. The chair looks and feels great and my son loves it. We had to buy the 'optical out' lead so that the sound could come from the TV and this arrived in record time seeing as it was over the Christmas period. When connecting this there was then a fault with the power lead and control panel. I emailed Brazen customer support and got an almost immediate reply and they sent out a new cable and control panel no quibbling and it again arrived in record time! My experience of their customer services best ever. Son loves the chair and it is now working brilliantly.

Awful company, chair didn’t arrive.
Tracking said delayed which is fine; these things happen but upon communication with brazen it was soon very clear that this is some sort of scam.
No chair, no money back and the customer service was absolutely SHOCKING. Was told we are liars and to ‘get off our bottoms and do something’ ??

Brazen despatched the gaming chair fast and well packaged. The chair went together easily, took about ten minutes.
Really nice quality, can’t fault it. Material is nice and soft, chair is comfy to sit on. Looks absolutely top notch, would highly recommend.

Horrible. Paid the chair by card I added address correctly I always check twice. I ordered on 19th dec got sent back for some reason (was home most of the time) no communication at all had to check myself why takes so long. No communication about refund. Scam don’t use or you loose money

Gaming chairs arrived on time. Well packaged and with all accessories.
Easy to assemble chairs and instructions.

Delivery was quick and definitely got value for money. Loads of chairs look the same online and so far the brazen chair is the best I have found for my budget.

Customer service terrible. Pleas3 be aware that you have to pay return postage and the charge a £25 re stocking fee. Horrible horrible company with poor quality products. Avoid the 5 star reviews must be fake
