Moved into our new property and the surrounding grounds are shocking, things over grown, weeds and stinging nettles that are the same height as myself, drainage covers in our parking area are sticking out so we have to be careful how we park otherwise there is a risk of puncturing our tires.
contact the management company numerous of times over the last 4 weeks and they're phone lines are always 'busy' and all I hear on the phone is 'your call is in a que' but the call never gets answered.
Our vendors told us that they haven't seen any maintenance being completed since the first lockdown of March 2020, were now the end of June 2021 and nothing hasn't been completed.
Shocking services, wouldnt recommend this as a company and the amount of money they are expecting us to pay them is ridiculous when no work has been completed for over 18 months!!!

My Mum is in the last stages of her life with MS. My Mum owns her property and pays service charge to this company and the dirty bath water is running into her property for the past 3/5years.
My Brother and I have taking power of attorney and the damage is horrendous. The stench is unbearable. Carers are now refusing to go in and tend to my Mum.
Blockmangement called me via phone to be at the property for the maintenance team to turn up. I travelled over 200 miles and took time off work, for the maintenance team not to attend. Not happy at all. Now taking legal action. QUITE HAPPY TO TAKE MY MUMS MONEY EVERY YEAR FOR SERVICE CHARGE !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A MONEY PIT. Photographic Evidence for proof too. DISGUSTING

Where to start - awful
Where to start, absolutely dreadful building management company. From day one they chased for late payments even though we had paid a year ahead. It takes on average 3 weeks to get unsatisfactory responses. We reported a leak 6 months before any tradesmen were instructed to quote. Have not set foot in the property in 2 years - zero proactivity.

Lacks honesty, trust and compassion
Will actively contradict, send false information and avoid being trueful as much as possible. They also hire weak contractors who will fall asleep in your lobby whilst they were meant to be checking for signs of fire. A property management company should do all it can to assist leaseholders and residents during the cladding scandal, this one clearly does not.

AWFUL. Block management not only tripped our insurance which arrived over a month late. They have demanded we pay this immediately but will not provide us with the insurance policy?
I have been chasing this for two weeks now only to hit a wall.
Happy to make payment in full, just requesting the basic policy.
