Recently I bought some items and my god I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing quality and prices ! With my first purchase there was a bit of an unexpected deal with delivery. As I'd bought on sale I was beginning to think was it too good to be true? However I need not have worried as once I made contact with customer service they undertook to resolve logistics problems and I received my product safe and sound as ordered. Since that I made a few more purchases and everything went smoothly. From my recent experience this is a very good and decent company that is selling excellent products for reasonable prices. They have a nice website accurately describing the products they sell. Fun guaranteed

Outstanding service and courtesy.
Well sadly the toy was not fully functioning when it arrived, and is being refunded. But give Bestvibe their dues, I sent a 10 sec video of what was wrong and they issued a refund the same day. Plus I don't have the faff of packing the faulty one up and returning it. So I'm very impressed with the company's service.

I can only leave a 5 star feedback for the guys here. I had an issue with a toy I got for myself that got damaged after a few times and I messaged customer car asking if they could send the inside part. I enclosed pics of the issue.They replied straight back saying they would replace the item without needing the old unit so 10/10 guys you have def got a return customer on your list thanks again :)

However no confirmation or tracking info has been sent as in my first order, and neither has the item been delivered. The funds have left my account. You have not completed n the first order and nothing for the second order.
Is there a problem?
I would have expected the item to have been delivered by now. I thank you for an early response.

Please think twice about ordering from these all I have had is lies and now totally ignored because I ordered somethings on the 23rd August all ordered goods were in stock at the time of placing order then on 28th August to be told split package into 2 lots because of issues then on 28th August told one of the items will now not be available until 5th September and they think this is OK why did you accept the order in first place if nit in stock why did it take so long to advise of non stock of item then too totally ignore emails sent to yourselves by customer what can I say about customer care shocking you take cash but don't deliver goods went to cancel on account to be told no orders in last 3 months please avoid at all cost go to lovehoney or some other reputable company that has respect for customers so be warned ⚠️

Best Vibe delivered an amazing product! From the moment my handheld automatic masturbator cup was delivered, I was beyond excited to get using it.
