Took far too long for order to arrive. Ordered on the 28th March, didn't arrive till 15th April. Tried emailing and phoning but only one email reply which promised dispatch that day but still took 10 days. Very poor customer service!

Took 1 week to dispatch - arrived too late
Easy ordering process, although there was no option to select the type of postage- defaulting to economy tracked delivery (2-7 days), however it wasn’t dispatched until 7 days after the order had been placed with no email correspondence sent advising that it would be delivered late.

Poor overall experience
Poor overall experience, one product was broken on arrival and the replacement they sent worked for two minutes before that also broke. Another item was rubbish, barely any suction and was far too loud to use in a house where other people live. The only good things I purchased were the cup and the cream. Disappointed and wont be buying from here again.

Wouldn’t waste my money again!
Poor quality. Half of the order didn’t work. Too much hassle to return. Products very cheaply and poorly made. Have previously had other items and no issue but quality has decreased. Wouldn’t waste my money in buying other items from bondara
