The purchase side was good. All went smoothly and quickly. But the chair holes didn't align to the threaded inserts. My previous chair had broken so I had no option but to use the new chair but can only secure it with 1 bolt. At some point I will need to cut or re-drill wider holes so that the bolts can reach the inserts.

I was impressed with the selection of barstools on display which help me find the right one to pick. I purchased 2 CoCo barstools which ticked all the boxes, dark wood finish with 4 legs and 360 degree rotation. I choose this type of barstool for my kitchen as didn’t want a central leg, I have had that type before and found them a pain, plus with the hydraulic up and down mechanism they can get caught under the worktop. Well done.

Excellent product at a very reasonable cost. They are exactly as described, and look fantastic in our kitchen. We went for the gold/effect finish, with white seats and are very happy with the look. They arrived promptly, and were very well packaged to avoid any transit damage.

Beautiful office chair . Great customer service . Would highly recommend

bought four chairs for my garden bar table and couldn't be happier with them. The order arrived just one day after purchase, and assembly was very easy. My guests have also found them comfortable and stylish. Great quality and excellent service. Thank you!

Great quality stools, quick delivery! Would purchase again. :-)

Good quality and quick delivery.

We visited store to see the stools as we’d had some disappointing online purchases when they arrived. Staff helpful & able to sit on & test out stools. Stools good quality. Loaded in to car for us

Great professional service, prompt delivery, well done.

Great swivel chair for my daughters room, it came well packaged and was easy to set up, I would definitely recommend this company for bar stools and chairs.

Quick delivery from stock, customer service is excellent.

Well done barstools.co.uk!

Our barstools are amazing. Very comfortable. Little bit of assembly needed but worth every penny.

Delivered quick, easy to assemble, very comfy, look as they do in the photo.

Excellent stools great but would like instructions on paper

The Finello Oak bar stool was delivered well packed, undamaged and on time. Assembly was quite straight forward and I thought the inclusion of spare screws was helpful in case a thread got damaged when assembling. A good service very pleased.

Easy to navigate website. Description of products as shown. The bar stools we ordered were of good quality and arrived on time and well packaged.

Absolutely delighted with stools they are great quality and so easy to put together. Our first choice was not available for 2 weeks so changed order staff were so helpful would recommend 100% WELL DONE YOU

The bar stools I ordered were out of stock but I got an email promptly, giving me the choice of cancelling or waiting a couple of weeks for them to re-stock. I loved the look of the rocco bar stools in cream and they arrived a few days ago! They are gorgeous, the legs are a rich walnut colour and the stools are expensive looking, at a great price. I am thrilled with them

Quality item, so pleased with my purchase and excellent delivery service. Would 100% recommend and would purchase from again

Ordered two barstools one of which was damaged on arrival but Barstools quickly put right and sent replacement.
