Faulty keys, broken promises and no response
I ordered an L2000 lock with four additional keys. None of the additional keys would fully insert into the lock.
I reported this on 1 October. Johannes in the trade team promised a DPD collection for today, 5 October, and said he would email the label. No label arrived and DPD did not attempt collection.
Despite four calls requesting a callback, an email to the trade team and a formal escalation to customer services, I have received no response.
I urgently need the four working keys I paid for. Faulty keys followed by broken promises and silence—deeply unacceptable service.
Based on my experience, it’s difficult to recommend Banham unless you live near one of their London stores. They don’t appear able to support customers further away effectively.

No respect for customer's time
My maintenance visit, which was already months late, was cancelled twice, once in the middle of the time period, and then on the last time they eventually came 10 mins before the end of the time period, so that's 6 hours waiting in. Not very good customer service.
Always polite quick and efficient when they get here though, and the actual product seems to work very well, no glitches.
