They have some lovely, unique pieces. I ordered some earrings, but I was sent the wrong pair. I let them know and they sent out the correct ones really quickly, letting me keep the incorrect ones too. Would recommend!

I ordered several pieces of jewellery from this lovely small business as a gift for a friend’s special birthday. I thought I had ordered it in plenty of time after seeing the 48hr delivery but when I read it again it was 48hrs from dispatch. I immediately emailed them asking if they could send it next day delivery and I would pay any extra charges. Not only did they get it delivered for me the very next day, they wouldn’t take any extra payment for the speedy delivery. They were super quick to respond and so helpful. Now for the jewellery, the pictures don’t do them justice. The pieces are absolutely gorgeous. I ordered silver pieces and they are perfect. Beautifully made, earrings, necklace and bracelet. Not heavy, not flimsy but just right. You can tell that a lot of love, care and expertise has gone into making them. They were securely packaged, each sent in its own small box with a wax seal and they also sent a small jewellery bag. If you are looking for something a little different and very special then this is your place. My friend absolutely loved them, immediately put them on and they looked amazing. Hi I wrongly ordered a couple of items (totally my fault). I contacted them and received an almost immediate answer to my email. I sent back the products and received my refund with a couple of days. Although I didn't keep the items they were well presented and well made. I will certainly keep this company in mind for future purchases.

I first contacted Atlas of Dreams before purchasing as I was doing it online rather than instore, and couldn't tell from the picture how big the earrings were, Heledd was really helpful in sending me a photo and video of her wearing the earrings which was perfect and helped me make my decision. I ordered the Mini Sparkle Coin earrings and they are perfect and so pretty and just the right size. I also ordered the North Star ring, I would say I was surprised it did look bigger in the picture, its still a lovely ring but more smaller and delicate than what it looks, so I hope it will withstand my putting it on and off, but I love it. With my order I received a free gift which is a lovely gesture it was the Moon Waltz Ring, this looks quite big in the pictures but again was smaller on arrival which I actually preferred. Just as a suggestion if maybe sizing/dimensions could be added into the description to help when choosing online. I certainly will be buying more jewellery in the future from here as they have some gorgeous and unusual designs making it feel like you really are wearing something unique than what you see in everyday jewellery. I also love that it is tarnish free so can be warn all the time. Congratulations to Atlas of Dreams and that your dream has come true in developing such a wonderful shopping experience for your customers and such wonderful products.

I purchased two pairs of Atlas of Dreams signature pull through earrings for myself and they are beautiful so decided to buy a pair for my friend for her birthday. This pair unfortunately had a slight fault so I contacted them and they immediately sent out a new pair. I am so impressed with their customer service aswell as their gorgeous jewellery. The packaging is also very beautiful for anyone who wants to buy as a present. Andrea the owner has worked hard to build up her business and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Atlas of Dreams to anyone and I wish her every success for the future.

If I could I would give 10 stars. I was gifted some jewellery that wasn't quite my taste in colour but I loved the design. I didn't want to upset the sender so contacted Atlas of Dreams directly. They couldn't have been more helpful and we arranged a swap by post. All correspondence was quickly answered and the whole process was trouble free. Amazing service and thank you to all.

I had a pair of earrings delivered but on delivery they were broken. I contacted customer services and although we had problem with our emails, evently I messaged through Facebook messenger (they do recommend that on their website if you have an Outlook or Hotmail account as they seem to have problems with these). They were extremely helpful and arranged for a new pair to be sent. They arrived the next day and were perfect! Beautiful jewellery and I would highly recommend this company!

The earrings I ordered arrived very quickly and were beautiful. I was absolutely gutted to lose one the first time of wearing them (my fault for not using the little plastic stopper). I contacted Atlasofdreams to ask if I should have done so, as the model doesn't show it being on the earrings. Today, I was blown away when a new pair of earrings was sent to me free of charge. I will definitely use the stopper, and I will definitely be buying again from this company. I only had them in a couple of hours, but I had many compliments

I was really impressed with my shopping experience with this brand. I absolutely love the product offering its unique and has charm. The on-site incentives were fantastic and I received 2 free items and free express shipping. The products and packaging were beautiful. I’m incredibly glad to have found this independent brand!

They are beautiful earrings, however I ordered three pairs and wanted to return one as I did not like it as much as the others, as they are still quite expensive, but was refused for hygiene reasons even though unworn. I think they should be sent fully packaged and sealed so they can be returned. It seems they are sent openable probably to prevent people returning them and at £25 for a pair of studs that are ok, this is an expensive lesson

Beautiful jewellery I first saw on line then was thrilled to find they had a store in Chester where I happened to be the next day. When I got there, they didn’t have the exact pair of earrings I had seen on line and really wanted, so they said if I give them an hour they’d make them for me! How wonderful!
