The design of the ring and free ear-rings are lovely. However, the quality of both are cheap and nasty and not as nice as in the promotional photos. I think, for the price I paid, I could use my money on better quality pieces at lower prices. Sorry. I won't be using this company again.

The packaging is divine and customer service is incredible. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is excellent .
I always support independent businesses and this company deserves support.
I only wish I lived in Chester so I could visit the shop. Maybe a little road trip is in order !

I received the most beatiful earrings, by far my favourite (luna gold), beautifully packaged and presented. I was so sad when when accidentally fell out and i was met with outstanding customer service, resulting in a replacement and just the most positive experience! So happy with all aspects of the business, definitely a new favourite I'll be buying from them again 😊

This little company had me impressed from the start with its back story and attractive website.

My friends and family are quick to admire and comment on the pieces which has often resulted in extra gift purchases.
There are often good offers and discounts and the customer service is excellent.I have been most impressed with the friendly service and how prompt my E mails are dealt with.

Jewellery is beautiful and I would potentially buy from this seller again, dispatch time and communication was delayed on this occasion. However resolved in the end, hence the wellness to try again.

Absolutely beautiful earrings and amazing service. I had a problem with one of the earrings when it arrived, I sent and email with a photograph of the problem. The email was answered in minutes and the problem resolved. Outstanding service. I will definitely be making a further order. The only downside is that there is so many beautiful pieces to choose from.

Just received two pairs of these beautiful earrings.. so elegant and lovely packaging too.
The only issue I had was with the super slow delivery but once I emailed them they sent my order straight out, so I guess this is one area in need of improvement but in saying that because the earrings are so darn gorgeous I’ve ordered again!
