Fab customer service from Heleed - firstly expedited my order then arranged not only replacement earings after one snapped but sent me a 2nd Luna necklace with a longer chain (free of charge)

One of the best companies I've dealt with in terms of customer service. Super products and fast delivery. I can't fault them!

Shipped over a week late. I emailed them to chase and got completely ignored. When the order did arrive the ear cuff earrings were complete rubbish and clearly not fit for purpose - not shaped or sized to fit as advertised at all. They are huge and stick out from my ears by a mile. My ears would need to be twice the size to come close to fitting. I emailed them about it and again got completely ignored. Cheap tatty rubbish sold by a company with zero regard for their customers. Avoid unless you like to overpay for rubbish and then be ignored if you try to raise any complaint.

My first parcel went missing as was left by Royal Mail in an unsafe place, I contacted the team and they sent me a new order free of charge - I was not expecting this at all - really appreciate the dedication to satisfying a new customer!! Thank you 🤩

I ordered some earrings for a birthday 24 Ocober on 13 October.

The order was still not showing as despatched 22 October.

I emailed the company who advised there was a delay due to moving premises and supplier issues and to bear with them.

As the gift would not arrive in time for the birthday I emailed back and asked they cancel the order.

The order is now showing as processed. So within 24 hours the supplier issues and moving premises difficulties had miraculously been rectified. No communication after I requested the cancellation, just order status updated.

As the gift was earrings, I cannot return and are not needed as had to buy an alternative gift.

I think this merchant offers very poor and almost a sly service. I wouldn't order from here again.

Very poor communication and no acknowledgement or confirmation of purchase. Fortunately I paid using Paypal and asked them for a refund as no one responded to my emails re: no confirmation or dispatch email. Its one thing to be slower at dispatching and sending items but to not even acknowledge a sale is pretty poor customer service.

Beautiful items, exceeded my expectations.
I purchased an item as a gift and a few items for myself and I’m over the moon with them.
So reasonably priced and they currently have some wonderful buy two get one free on selected items- what a treat!

The company is timely and packaged beautifully. However the earings , although beautiful are made of cheap material as I cannot wear them. My earlobes throb when they are in. I never have thus issue as I don't buy jewellery made from cheap materials. I have worn once ...my ears are sore the gold had tarnished. Disappointed

Terrible company. Badly made, cheap jewellery. My earring broken on the first day. Necklace catch is broken. Tried to email to complain - no response.

Very poor customer customer service , emails ignored , necklace received with a very short chain that makes it unbearable to wear . No information on description and cannot review the product to warn others. Unacceptable way to treat the customers , offered to return if chain cannot be exchanged, nothing received back . Will report to Trading Standards
Chain received is close to 40cm without extension
Sent 3 emails to complain and received one back to confirm order was delivered, replied to that one as well and again nothing .
Photo provided for evidence of what I received expecting a replacement chain - refund offered instead .

I’m so happy with my first order! I saw Atlas of Dreams on FB and did a tiny research before ordering. Everything has arrived so quickly and is absolutely gorgeous! The items are divine and the packaging equally so. I ordered a bangle and earrings as gifts, and pull through earrings and the free gift necklace for me, but I’m tempted to keep the other earrings for me as well! I could have ordered so much more, so will definitely be ordering again. I’m so happy I’ve found this wonderful shop 🥰 Thank you!

It was my first time buying from Atlas of dreams and not only is the jewellery I received such good quality and really beautiful but their customer service is excellent. I ordered a gift for my friend's birthdays and they immediately sorted out a small issue and sent it off with quick delivery.

First of all, the jewelleries are absolutely gorgeous.
The packaging is very thoughtful and beautiful.
And the support team is incredible. So, 5 stars all the way.
I can only recommend (I already did) the atlas of dreams and I definitely will buy some more jewellery in the future.

The jewellery is really different I loved the pieces I got all 3. I had an issue with one piece it had become tangled in transit but they were so quick to help I mean really like 5 mins to reply and they’ve sent a replacement piece that day , really great service 5 * buy with confidence they are lovely everyone mentions them when I wear them.

I came across this company through an Instagram ad and, being based in Canada while sending the jewellery to my best friend in the UK, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I honestly have nothing but good things to say!

The team were so responsive whenever I had questions, and I received regular updates about the order and when it was expected to arrive. My friend received it beautifully packaged, and the jewellery itself is absolutely gorgeous and such lovely quality.

It can sometimes feel like a bit of a gamble ordering from a company you’ve never used before, especially from overseas, but I had such a great experience from start to finish. I’d definitely order from them again!

The jewellery is such good quality and so reasonably priced. There was a small problem with one item but within 2 hours of my email it was sorted and a replacement on its way.

I ordered a bangle and also got a free gift. Order arrived in lovely packaging and delivery was quick. I’m very happy with my jewellery. Will be back for more as they have such lovely and unique pieces.

I recently ordered from Atlas of Dreams and have to say, the experience went above and beyond what I expected. The pieces themselves are beautiful — and the order even came with a lovely free gift, a gorgeous ring.
There was a small hiccup when a different necklace was packed by mistake, but it's how the company handled it that really won me over. Emma responded immediately and, without hesitation, offered to send the correct necklace right away — on top of the one I'd already received. She made sure it went out with fast delivery, all while they were in the middle of moving locations.
Emma's kindness and care throughout this whole process genuinely blew me away. It's rare to find customer service this attentive and human. My heart goes out to her — thank you for making this such a positive experience.
