Issue diagnosed quickly, part ordered and on visit to fix the part it was done expertly even picking up the fact that the air balloon inside the expansion tank had collapsed.

The technician was friendly and helpful. We had a leaking problem which was not resolved with the first valve replacement so they had to get more replacements as the boiler started leaking 5 days later. There was a delay in getting the rest of the parts in which the leak got worse but after a call informing them it was done quickly. thank you Andy.

Second visit to fix the leak from our boiler was no more successful than the first.
The engineer told us that he has ordered some parts, but we do not know when these will arrive.

Very courteous staff who promptly arranged for an engineer ro contact me, once I got in touch with someone at Ariston, but not being open til Monday after 6pm on a Friday and with no emergency number for breakdowns meant that they couldn't be contacted and nothing done over the weekend, until Monday morning!

Bought a brand new Static which has the Ariston boiler fitted. Our gas engineer came to commission our boiler which serves hot water and radiators. This boiler is brand new never been used. We have warranty on the boiler. They noticed the water pipes leaking on start up so they couldn’t continue to commission it. They on our behalf contacted Ariston to attend to solve the leak. Ariston engineer said he couldn’t mend it due to the boiler needing emptying and refilling. As our sites water is now turned off until March 2025. He said he can’t mend it until March even though he had the replacement part in his van. Today they’ve sent us a call out fee of £99 which they say it’s a non warranty call out. Am I missing something here, why is a brand new boiler never used not under warranty. It’s not a leak on the water pipe into the van, it’s on the pipe work that was already on their boiler.

Engineer claimed our installation paperwork was lying (although he hadn't seen it) and that the magnaclean hadn't been emptied cleaned during the previous 2 services (again claiming paperwork confirming it had been was wrong, although he didn't open to look himself to see if it were clean).
Very eager to blame anyone else for the issue and repeatedly said it wasn't a boiler fault.
All installation requirements were followed and documented, all services since were also on spec and documented but still the boiler failed after only 2.5 years. Invoice from boiler co but no written info on why they were charging us/what the issue was officially recorded as etc, only a bill.
No email receive details asking for the reasons several times. Only response to this issue was here, and inaccurate.

Vorerei ringraziare pubblicamente la Ariston per avermi sostituito la pompa di calore malgrado la garanzia fosse finita. C'era stata una piccola perdita di gas quando era in garanzia e in quel momento abbiamo aggiunto gas perchè non conoscevamo il motiva di tale perdita. A distanza di 3 anni il gas era nuovamente fuoriuscito per cui la Ariston ha deciso di sostituire la pompa di calore. Grazie.

There was an inital mishap in scheduling due to some issue in the articulation between the UK call centre and their Irish support team, which led to a delay in getting an Ariston technitian to look at our boiler. Once that hurdle was overcome, I was very pleased with the friendly treatment throughout the process and the knowledgeble handling of the issue.

the reason gave only two stars is the time it took for the engineer to arrive. My boiler went faulty on monday evening so i phoned customer services but they had finished for the day, soon Tuesday morning i phoned again and was told a service provider will phone me.i got the call on wednesday afternoon and was told there was no engineers in my area (north manchester), and the soonest they can get someone over from north wales was monday 11 am.
the engineer came over and we had hot water within a half hour with was great so my beef isn't with the engineer who was very good, its with ariston for the amount of time it took to resolve a small fault.
maybe they should have more engineers.
