no problems with Ariston,very easy and quick, sub contract enginneer has a vendetta against previouce cotractor that installed our boiler,always looking for installation faults,to stop him working on it,still have faults after last visit.

Very difficult dealing with people on the help line for warranty. Engineer who came was brilliant however you don't allow the Engineers to carry spare parts and our boiler could have been fixed on the first visit by the Engineer.

Full and extensive investigation of the irregular fault with my boiler. Between the engineer on site and his backup support from the office the fault was identified , the boiler ignition settings were adjusted and fire fires up silently.. Thanks

I booked a warranty appointment for my boiler, it was prompt, staff on the telephone were very helpful, the engineer attended and was superb. Changed the necessary part. Great Work - keep up the great service, many thanks.

It took about 3 weeks to fix my ATAG boiler which Ariston kindly bought out the company ATAG, which undoubtedly will mean a lack of supply of parts i may need in the future . I belted home for an appt to fix it (as if you’re not there at home they will bill you £600 for non attendance) only to find no engineer , as they had cancelled the appt via email 2 hours before . So where’s my £600 for engineer non attendance then ? I guess that, after the warranty period on he atag expires , when it breaks down next it will be scrap due to no parts .Not a happy bunny right now . The part took 2-3 weeks to arrive , the part was for sale on eBay for next day delivery btw.Only bonus we had ,was it saved £100 on gas as it wasn’t working . Log burner was in overtime .

Can't fault the engineer who arrived, very friendly. But the fact that despite stati g what the exact issue was to the service reps who booked the appointment, the engineer was sent without parts to repair the fault, resulting in a wasted day off work to accommodate the booking and will require another to hopefully resolve the issue. All day appointments are given, where a timed slot could be booked, overall poor service varying the engineer themselves.

Ariston combi boiler had 9 breakdowns in 1 week with two service visits. Our recent engineer who visited yesterday said at last I think we have been sent the correct parts. Indeed once repaired it has worked perfectly for two days

We purchased the Ariston VLS Evo 80 version of electric heater whilst we were building a garden room. Due to delays in the build the water heater didn’t get installed until later on in the year. Once installed we had lovely warm water, enough to supply a small bathroom with shower and a kitchenette. This boiler worked brilliantly for around 9/10months before we experienced a fault.
The boiler all of a sudden kept tripping the electric consumer unit. With multiple tests carried out by an electrician we managed to pin point the problem to the boiler. Every time it tried to boot up it would trip meaning that we can’t even turn the boiler on.
Having contacted our supplier and being passed onto Ariston we were advised that if we hadn’t register the device we would not be entitled to the 5 year warranty and because it was purchased more than a year ago we also sat outside the standard 1 year warranty. I don’t even remember seeing a warranty set up guide with the boiler pack. Ariston have not really made much effort to help or direct us into fixing the problem and therefore we are stuck without hot water. It seems it would be cheaper to replace the unit rather than fix it meaning we have an awful waste issue. It’s a lot of boiler to throw out after 10 months of use and completely unsustainable.
I like the design and how compact the boiler is however I do not appreciate the “throw away” mentality I now seem to be facing.
Stay away if you need long term product efficiency and customer service.

Prodotto che ha funzionato in modo impeccabile per 5-6 anni fino a due gg fa quando improvvisamente l'acqua ha iniziato a uscire ad altra pressione da sopra(deformando il coperchio) e da sotto.
Chiamato il tecnico ha constatato la rottura di uno degli 2 vasi che riscaldavano l'acqua,quindi prodotto da sostituire.Con tutta la tecnologia comunque l'apparecchio non ha dato indicazione di un guasto,nemmeno quando ho premuto per 5 secondi il tasto on off,trovo la situazione pericolosa, acqua bollente a pressione che va ovunque in giro per la casa,perfino sulla soffitta non è proprio il massimo.Fortunatamente è successo di domenica mattina mentre mi trovavo in casa altrimenti immagino poteva andare molto peggio.

Excellent response to my problem,your engineer was on site as requested and diagnosed the problem very quickly. The faulty part was ordered and fitted within 3 days and although I was out of the country during the second visit to fit the spare part my son was at home and your engineer fitted the part and from the current info from my son, the boiler is now up and running OK.
I thank you for your prompt response in this matter and will be back home on 21/11/2024 and look forward to further trouble free boiler problems.
