Showed up with a leak but was able to get solved.
I ordered a gun it showed up fast. Although it was leaking when I got it. I reached out to support, they had me tighten the air gauge to spec. No longer seems to be leaking. Thanks guys.

This was my first order with air gun…
This was my first order with air gun tactical. Everything shipped fairly quickly, and I received my products undamaged and in a timely fashion.
There was a small issue with one of the products. Within 24 hours of getting a hold of them and explaining the issue, they had solved the problem and made the experience good enough that I just placed another order through them this morning! Thank you airgun tactical :D

I am new to pcp air rifles
I am new to pcp air rifles. I called airgun tactical after placing an order to make sure i didn't have anymore verifications to complete. I really appreciated that process. It protects the customer. The shipping was fast also. The person i talked to was very knowledgeable and informative, he answered alot of my questions about the product I ordered and others that im interested in. I've literally never had a single problem with air gun tactical. Everything I've ordered has not only been within decent time it's also been a great condition. I can't think of a single thing that I don't like about them.Usps on the other hand is a different story 😂 but it's not about them it's about air gun tactical. I appreciate you guys!

I bought a $1300 gun and had issues…
I bought a $1300 gun and had issues within the fourth shot. I called and got someone on the phone and it was the worst experience of my life. He proceeded to tell me that I must have dry fired the gun and then told me that the ammo I was using doesn’t exist which I bought from AEA. When asked to speak to someone else, he told me he was someone else and that was all I was going to get and that is all I got out of them

Unfortunately, this customer had a bad experience. When the customer reached out to us we have a series of questions that we ask to try and troubleshoot the situation. This helps us gather necessary information for our technicians so they have a snapshot of the potential issue. When the customer advised of using AEA slugs we assumed they might have been something else since AEA hasn't shipped any Big Bore slugs to the USA in over 9 months. This lead us to believe that perhaps he was mistaken on the ammo, the reality is he purchased the ammo from a vendor that had some old stock of inventory and indeed it was AEA ammo. The customer was asked about PSI reading on the gun and and fill pressure prior and after the shorts where fired, etc. The customer didn't want to answer our questions and began to get disgruntle and argumentative as well as disrespectful. The customer was advised to speak to us respectfully the customer got upset and hung up the phone and resorted to writing a bad review. Unfortunately we understand we can't please everyone no matter how hard you try, Again we are sorry about the experience however we can't do our job if you don't allow us to.
