Cool gun
Of course I give the products 5 stars,.even though i STILL haven't received everything yet. Its now October 25th. I ordered the AEA ZEUS 72 cal and several items to go with it on October 5th. I received the gun on October 23rd. Everything elsei ordered with it is still to this very minute somewhere in New Jersey doing circles in a frigin parking lot or something. What the %@&! ?
I also put in the notes of my order asking if they would let me know if all the items I ordered to attach to the Zeus would fit without having to get anything else. Also asked if they could recommend a scope. I got nothing. No answers, nothing. I also received a small refund for some reason, just a fe w bucks, and I sent an email asking what it was for and didn't hear anything about that either.
I cant believe all the extra items I ordered were sent USPS. Absolutely unbelievable. Why weren't they sent UPS or FedEx?! Not cool at all. I have know idea when or if I'll receive the other items. Hopefully by Christmas?!.

Hands down, AGT is the only way to go with all your Airgun needs. I have had major issues with another company and their product, but Keith at AGT even stepped in to help me fix the issue with the other company and the manufacturer. They just get it, and use common sense to resolve any issues. There will be issues with any Airgun, that I have learned. When those issues arise, you will need someone who will stand on their word, and the product. Keith and AGT is that team! I appreciate all the help and AGT will certainly be the only company I get involved with from this point on. Excellent job AGT team!

Your order went out yesterday 10/17.
We’re not sure why you left a negative review. We notified everyone in advance that we were out of town for 6-days at the Extreme Benchrest Airgun Competition in Arizona. Which caused a backlog of orders and emails. We only returned to the office on Tuesday and managed to process over 250 emails and 75+ orders in just a few days, as planned.
We also put up a web banner, updated our voicemail and email auto-responder, and offered free cancellations to anyone unwilling to wait. We believe your review is unfair and not a true reflection of our efforts. We kindly ask that you consider updating or removing it.

Real Good customer service
Real Good customer service. My bintac t9 jammed on the 3ed magazine and broke. had to send it in for repair. But the guys over there have been responsive in getting it fixed. The gun is fun to shoot. Looking forward to getting it back and putting some more rounds through it hopefully soon. But my experience has still been a positive one.

Changed the review from 1 star to 4 stars because I was contacted by the company and they explained the reason for why the long delay on my order. As a small business owner myself I like to support small businesses too so I understand the reason for the longer order processing, AGT is not Amazon, they are normal people like you and me running a company , so I changed the review from 1 to 4 stars , I would have given 5 starts but the 2 AEA magnum cartridges I ordered came with .50 cal Plastic inserts and upon shooting both one of the inserts simply got destroyed due to the high power of the Harpoon launcher. I think the inserts should not be made of plastic as is not strong enough to hold the extreme high pressure of the Magnum cartridge. I don't know if the inserts were made by AGT or by AEA , so if wasn't made by AGT then it isn't their fault and in that case I will change the 4 star review to 5 stars. I take back all I said on my old review and I will order again from AGT. I highly recommend this company to anyone trying to get good deals on any air gun, parts and accessories!!! Thank you!!!

We want to clarify that the plastic inserts included with the AEA Magnum cartridges are made by AEA, not by AirGun Tactical. We do not manufacture or design those inserts. Given the high power of the Magnum cartridges, plastic inserts may not withstand the extreme pressures. The ammo diameter and shape may have an effect on the loaders breaking. Depending on the size of the caliber you want we should have in stock CNC loaders if you want to check back in about a weeks time.

After digesting this scenario or situation. And some reflection, I realize that AirGun Tactical took their responsibility very seriously. The fact that the USPS has been failing us little by little until now it takes, what should be a three day delivery now takes over a week. I believe their standards have been lacking. But I can’t hold AirGun Tictical responsible for the USPS shortcomings.

My experience with this purchase was exceptional, from ease of the websites usage to searching for items whether individually or those bundled deals its there, the algorithm allows for accessories to be automatically uploaded to your selection choices as well, thats a nice time saver to have as a feature.

When y'all show the display online, what? Uh, big check M50 comes in. It looks like a case. Y'all put mine in a box with styrofoam.That's not what I was expecting. Misleading advertising.
