Ordered a Anvil from 2 other companies both took a month to get back in touch with me and I had to again make the contact.Dropped the orders and I tried Acme Tool, called on Tuesday morning and by 2pm on Thursday recieved my new Ridgid #9 anvil. The delivery was flawless driver even rolled into my garage down a 200 foot driveway. This package weighed about 180 pounds. The Anvil was in mint condition, Acme sold me and I am going to be a customer for a long while.

I ordered a product and received a non-functional item with pieces missing. I returned the item and have been waiting for the credit for well over the days they said it would take. Overall the process has felt like a scam. I am disappointed in the product and the customer service, and would never buy from them again.

Ordered adjustable floor spacers for a project I needed. When I placed the order I got a message that more were on the way and it would take 10-15 business days before they get it back. I immediately reached out to Acme to cancel the order since I needed them. They told me rest assured that message was meant for the next person that ordered that they had enough to fulfill my order. When I received my package there was only 1 package of floor spacers far less than what I ordered. Will never order from them again since they lie about inventory availability.

Twice, no item delivered. Please use caution here. I ordered a compressor and it never arrived. They said it was delivered, out $125. I ordered a table saw, never arrived. Go to your local home center and pay a little more. This site not recommended.

Great prices with average customer service. I think that sums in up in a nutshell. Don't expect a lot of tech support or anything else beyond the item you order. But that's how they keep prices down.

Bought an dewalt router...price dropped 2 weeks later...I called them up and the credited me the difference....Also the item was well packed with airbags and inside a cardboard box.

Ordered a mower 2 weeks ago, order status still says processing. I call customer service, which was not available on a Wednesday, and I was told they will call me the next business day. Very uncustomer friendly way to run a business.

Shipping took a long time and the item showed up with a ton of damage. They sent me another a week later, again tons of damage. Had to fix my brand new item myself.

Left some feedback of the unit on their site and mentioned that i had some problems with damage but we got it worked out and I liked the product but they deleted it anyway. They must only publish the good reviews, maybe that is why there were so few reviews on this item

Had great difficulty ordering a snowblower; two on-line attempts failed. finally ordered by phone. We were told when ordering on the phone that the snowblower might come by the weekend, only a few days away. This was great news since the largest snowstorm of the winter was on on the way. After about two weeks with no notification of shipping we called and were told it was on backorder. Thanks Acme. Now I have a snowblower that might be on the way someday that I now longer have any use for for another nine months. Maybe you shouldn't get people's hopes up until you know they will not be placed on backorder. I'm going to try to cancel but am not hopeful of success.

Great selection and have ordered from them at least 5 times. However, I've frequently had to call or email to make sure the order ships and is in stock. The most recent order I'm still having to email them a month an a half later to make sure I receive all the items that I ordered. Be careful on the "Deals" as it seems they may not honor them after your order is placed. Doesn't instill confidence.

Ordered product that was in stock and supposed to ship. Needed for emergency. Called to check on why no shipping email and they said oh not in stock and backordered from manufacturer. Seems the way they do business from other reviews. Buyer beware.

Incredible company! Honor to be the first to provide a review - they have perfect customer service and provide high quality products. I recommend them any chance I get. Wonderful company!
