Acme tools has been such a disappointment! I ordered something from their website and They took my money a week ago. Since then I have had 0 info on shipping. I called 3 times and even spoke to a supervisor who was just as clueless as all the other customer service employees! Yes their customer service is a joke. So far I only heard we can try to reach out to the manufacturer, we cant issue refund until they confirm, we don’t know when, we can try again tomorrow.
So far I have received nothing and they refuse to issue a refund so I can order from somewhere else!

AcmeToolsOnline is a total scam. 5 star fake reviews. Site claimed to have 560 of the product in inventory. Paid extra for 5 - 7day ”express shipping". Order status remained at "order being processed" for 5 weeks. the email address for customer service gets "actively rejected" by their server. I paid with PayPal who immediately provided an instant refund. You have been warned!

ordered my item, requested the shipment be delayed a week, then a month later no item. On top of that after paying for it I got an invoice "to be paid" and absolutely no follow-up confirmation of the sale, no tracking, no shipping info, not a thing...but was charged. Guess I will have to file a claim with my credit card. Also I am not sure I believe the few positive reviews as I cannot see a phone number to CALL customer service anywhere.

Bought new item - received used. After having conversation with their customer service I realized that I've done a huge mistake choosing this company. They offered me to return the item though.

Ordered product advertised as in stock with delivery before Christmas. Package never delivered and no status updates provided after multiple inquires. Acme refuses to cancel order and issue refund or to ship the merchandise they took full payment for prior to shipping and offer no assistance in tracking down their missing shipment.

Ordered items during promotional period. Order was cancelled the next day and was told I needed to reorder. Promo was no longer valid though.

I ordered an item that was back ordered that said it would ship in 3 to 5 weeks. At the end of 5 weeks I sent an inquiry. The next day the order showed that it had been cancelled by Acme with not communication to me the entire time. Miserable experience. Customer service is the only thing that can differentiate a good company from a poor one. Do your business. Very disappointed.

Although I read negative Reviews here in TrustPilot in regards to ACME TOOLS.. Did try Amazon,& other Major retailers including HomeDepot , Lowes .. I gave my 1st purchase to ACME and literally found DeWalt promotion $75 ., which No others had ! Got the DeWalt Table Saw 10” on time , assemble it and tried the saw ! Amazingly.. Didn’t regret anything! I Give Acme 4 stars !

Order placed in August. Today it’s October 19. Just received my package.

Ordered a tool with battery, they sent the tool but not the $200 battery then wanted me to return and rebuy after the sale was over and the price went back up!

I got scammed into buying a lawn mower. They took my money but no product. They keep changing their story about my order. Do not trust this company!

I purchased a Yeti cooler for my son for Christmas 2021. I chose Acme because they offered a rare “sale” price on an Yeti. At the time I ordered it it was back-ordered until March. I would periodically receive an email saying it was still back ordered despite the same cooler being in stock on numerous other sites. Finally, in August 2022 I gave up and canceled the order and bought direct from Yeti. I don’t believe Acme ever intended to fulfill this sale-priced order.

These people are frauds.I ordered a "new " 204pc DEWALT tool set.What I got was a used/returned set with a flawed ratchet and no factory packaging.When I informed them I was told I could return it for a replacement. What I did receive?, the exact set I returned.Steer clear of this bunch

I had ordered a Honda 28" Snowblower for almost $4,000 for my business, in the beginning of August. I double, triple and quaduple checked with customer service to make sure that the order was confirmed because they charged my credit card. After speaking with approximately 4 different customer service agents who ping-ponged me back and forth with "yes, it's confirmed" to "no, our inventory was wrong", the final verdict was "no, you're not going to get it". Now, I'm waiting for a credit of almost $4,000 to go back on my card AFTER I just made a payment...creating a huge credit on my card instead of it not being in my account. This was a HUGE waste of my time and effort, and I will NEVER use ACME Tools again...for anything! You would think that with being in business for approximately 70 years and with today's technology, their inventory system would be accurate. I guess old habits of not doing your job correctly die hard.

I have read bad reviews, but I have to tell you guys, I ordered some really needed equipment and tools via the phone on Monday afternoon this week, and they showed up our Olathe, KS office on the following morning, Tuesday. Fantastic products and fantastic customer service. They promised me delivery by Thursday and receiving them the very next morning really helped our guys at the jobsite. NICE WORK Acme! Thank you!

Acme Tools does not respect me privately. I have not bought anything from them.
They keep sending me emails. sales email = spam.
Impossible to get rid of them!

This is the third and final updated review. It went from 5 stars to 1 star to back to 5 stars. If you have a issue please CALL them. Emailing them got me frustrated and confused. After calling i got everything taken care of and am very pleased with the outcome. Got my tools and a 150$ credit for the mishap. So after everything that is very awesome of them.

List prices on website are fake. items showing a "discount" are normal retail price. this company is shady.
