Graham Parkinson (from 4th D) came to collect my bike to take it to repairs... his service was impeccable. He arrived punctually, was thorough about the process with me, and meticuloualy picked up my Super Meteor 650 to load it in the truck. He did not mess about. Great service !

Bike repaired to an immaculate standard, fantastic attention to detail. Weekly updates received on the progress, slightly over ran on the stated time but a decent courtesy bike was given and I was given plenty of notice so didn’t impact my day to day usage. The driver Dean dropped the bike back on the exact date and time stated, really pleasant guy and great representative of the company.

Straight away Dean was lovely to talk to. Interesting in bikes and great sense of humour

Lionel from 4th Dimension rang me and explained exactly what was happening with my bike including the detail of all the checks that had been done and what was needing replaced. He then explained the process going forward and what I should expect. Really put my mind at ease and was a great response in a much shorter time period than I expected.
