Rob was absolutely brilliant in organising getting my bike delivered back to me at a time that was convenient for me. Very friendly as well

I had an accident with my Harley-Davidson, and liability was admitted by the other driver. The repair service (Fourth Dimension) repeatedly pressured me to sign a time-sensitive storage/credit agreement, avoided answering my questions, and continued calling and emailing me while I was recovering from serious pelvic injuries. When I finally tried to contact them again, they did not answer. I had to go through my insurer, Ageas, to try to get assistance. Overall, the process was stressful and unprofessional, and I would caution others to be aware of the poor communication and handling.

Directed to 4th Dimension through Hastings. Hastings use these for my motorbike insurance. No communications from them. Took my bike but not taken any details of party who hit me. I called to chase and phone line went dead. Left without my bike and no idea what is happening.

I got my bike and Dein is very delivery driver and he is very kind and got good service

Got to say 4th Dimension service Iv received of them is 110%. From start to finish over a period of 6wks has been Brilliant.
I delt with Oli Nako, he has been so polite and professional which has been good for me.Nothing has been too much withe me ringing him to find out progress on my Bike.
I wouldn't hesitate to bring my Bike back to them, hopefully not so soon, we all love our Bikes and its good to know that when 4th Dimension pick your Bike up, it in safe hands.
