I Iove the willow corner sofa , it’s very comfortable and fabulous quality.
The only negative was delivery and having to wait over a week for missing parts.

All gdgd apart from the foot stool is missing and gotta wait for it but paid for it so abit disappointed there

The whole process from ordering to delivery was seamless. I was kept informed and thanks to Theo and Rob who installed the furniture and took away all of the packaging. Highly recommend. Excellent value and excellent service.

Sofa is creaking already, entertainment console the cup holders are loose and send a video via email several weeks ago and I have heard nothing back.

Jordie and Adrian delivered our furniture today, and helped get them through the door, excellent service and friendly staff, would definitely recommend.

Abode have been great. I went into the Gloucester store on Saturday, and the team there were very helpful and they give you space to look around, not pressuring you. Then my sofa has been delivered today, Wednesday by Theo and Rob. They were both friendly, polite and quick. Made sure it all worked, took old sofa and packaging. Would recommend.

My brother and I visited the Manchester store for 2 reasons, first we needed a new pair of sofas fast and second we checked out the fantastic reviews on Trust Pilot . Abode delivered on both counts. A big shoutout to Shaun from Derby, who was helping out at the Manchester store. His customer service & support were 2nd to none (shame about the dodgy accent 😂). The sofas were delivered very quickly and the quality was excellent. Cheaper and faster than any of the big names at the retail parks. Highly recommend Abode thanks again

Very happy with my purchase. Right from the start of my order to completion the communication was brilliant. Removed my old sofas too for a reasonable fee which saved me a massive headache and the delivery guys were great. Old sofas out and new ones brought in and assembled all in 25 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

My first order went missing and couldn’t speak to a human no matter how I tried. Admittedly it was the courier that lost it but couldn’t speak to anyone apart from a Bot to find out was going on.
Was finally sent another one by a different courier many weeks later.
It was a stressful purchase
