We went upto the farnham branch to view sofas in person, j had chatted on messages to get some advice, but obviously its alot of money your spending and you want it to last, we sat on nearly all of the sofas and fell in love with the parker, lovely wide seats, reclines all the way back, strong leather, and you can get the insurance pack as well, so we chose this and they emailed
It all over, we went home chatted a bit more, next minute I am buying it, along woth 5 year guarantee, couple of days later we received a call, to book a slot, in total 3 days from start to finish, we paid the extra to have it installed and rubbish taken away. We are in love with it, so are the dogs, it is beyond comfortable. I have fallen asleep on it a couple of times, and so has my partner, and that says alot .I highly recommend goibg to view in person ,trying them out, having a chat with the staff about each one. You will not be disappointed

Walked into the Farnham show room, greeted with a hello and then left to browse at our leisure which I really appreciated, when we had finished looking the assistants gave me measurements and advice on best material with a dog, we went home and decided to order online on the Sunday evening, the sofas were delivered on the Tuesday, very comfortable and great value for money!

After 6 weeks we are still trying to get the sofa we ordered put right. Now we've been ghostered by Abode and nothing is being rectified

Rob and Theo delivered and installed our sofa from Abode. They were very friendly and made sire I was happy with he placement of the sofa. They took all packaging away and were very polite.

Two excellent delivery drivers - Rob and Theo were very professional and courteous- put my sofa together and checked the recliner was working 💯 recommend

I ordered pads to go on the feet at a cost of £85 on their advice. they did not not arrive with the delivery. I then said I don’t want them please can I have my money Bck. They did not return my messages. I had to drive to 30 miles Bck to Cardiff to get an answer.
The answer was we do not give money Bck. I said I will have them now and throw them in the bin. So I managed to get a pack. I was shocked to see what they charged £85 for. Round plastic 10p peace size with sticky Bck. Just a rip off and a way to get extra money from customers. V disappointed in abodes attitude. Sofa was nice thou. Shame they spoilt my pleasure of receiving a new sofa

Impossible to speak to store where I bought it from and still waiting on an item

I want to give special recognition to Conor Robertson, who has been genuinely helpful throughout my furniture order.

From the moment I started dealing with Conor, he was friendly, approachable, professional and always willing to help wherever he could. When problems arose with stock availability and delivery delays, he kept me informed, explored the available options and did his best to find a suitable solution for my family.

I particularly appreciated his honesty and the fact that he never made me feel like I was being a nuisance, despite having to chase updates several times. He was understanding of my situation and did what he could within the limits of what he was authorised to offer.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to the delays and the lack of any meaningful additional goodwill gesture from management to recognise the inconvenience caused. I appreciate that some circumstances are outside an individual employee’s control, and I do not hold Conor responsible for decisions that were not his to make.

Conor himself deserves credit for the way he handled the situation. He was a pleasure to deal with, and his customer service was a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. I hope his manager recognises the effort he puts into looking after customers and gives him the credit he deserves.

Stan the salesman was super helpful and patient with us and the sofas were great too, they arrived quicker than expected which was a bonus.
The delivery guys were polite and didn't stop smiling .
We couldn’t fault the whole process.

Ordered lovely sofas which arrived and were assembled but have to give three stars as we spent £80+ on floor protectors which never arrived with the sofas and I've spent three weeks chasing up with no response.

We visited the Gloucester store, where we were greeted by Conor who was friendly, polite and helpful, he asked our budget and what type of furniture we wanted, he then pointed out the furniture that met our requirements and left us too it so we could take our time and make our decision, he then took our order and the furniture arrived just over a week later.

We are very pleased with both the process and the furniture and would highly recommend Abode Furniture.
