Everything looked to be going well, staff were friendly and not pushy, good communication UNTIL the sofa arrived with a hole in it. Passed around to various people/departments. Now ignoring us. Avoid at all costs and spend a bit more at DFS

Sanjay and shubh both delivered my sofa set and put them together lovely gentleman and very polite.

Had a corner sofa delivered beginning of september when you rise from the chair it tips over it is not connected properly.Phoned the after care line which is AI 3 weeks later a engineer was sent out from a third party company who had never heard of Abode furniture He took some pictures and that was the last we heard . i managed finally to get in touch with Susan via email we sent a video of the problem and they have said that is how the sofa is.If you are sat on the recliner and lean to pick something up it feels like the whole chair is going to topple over which is very unsettling

We bought our 3 piece at the Cardiff store, the experience was fantastic from start to finish.

Jack talked us through options and gave us the perfect solution. The transaction was seamless and simple.

Delivery was arranged by Isaac who was a pleasure to deal with.
Our order was delivered 2 days later by Jay & Andy, both fantastic guys who are obviously happy in their work.

Can't thank this team enough, a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Just had the 2 seater cinema style Donald delivered. The 2 delivery guys were exceptional. Sadly there was a problem with the lighting under the sofa not being connected fully but they did everything they could to try and sort that out. Parking in this area is a total nightmare but again they just made the best of it. Thank you Jay and Andy I really appreciate everything you did today.

Rob and Theo were great. Phoned in advance to let us know they were 15 mins away. Advised us on how to assemble it. Very polite and courteous!

Both Jay and Andy respected my property (offering to remove their shoes)and were both very personable and well mannered men,explained what they were doing and thanked me for my time,highly recommend

Ordered my 3 and 2 seater suite plus footstool on the 18th Sept, still waiting for a delivery date, impossible to get hold of the store, I’ve sent emails and WhatsApp messages no reply. Went on website it’s said in stock go further down it said out of stock till the 17th November. Even spoke to the finance company and have put in a complaint.

Jay and Andy were amazing. Very helpfull, Friendly.
Didn't leave till they knew I was happy with my delivery.
