Do not buy. Stuck with a broken sofa. You can't get hold of anyone. I should have realised when i first called them and they called me back on a different number. Spend the extra money and get a decent sofa. It's misshapen has hardly and paddin, the arms aren't straight there's creases everywhere. The seats are different heights and they stick out at different lengths. Just remember it's cheap for a reason.

Terrible after sales, had to constantly chase them when they forgot to deliver footstool. Took weeks of chasing and finally court order of return of payment before finally getting it delivered.

Ordered yesterday morning at 7am, got a message by 9am that same morning with a delivery date for today!was delivered by 2pm so a turn around of less than 48hrs! , both guys ( Brian and Dave) were very professional, assembled both sofas , took all packaging away ( we did pay extra for this) all done with in 30 minutes. Very happy with our sofas. Never ordered from here before , but glad we did. Highly recommend.

Everything was great, from the salesman Harry, who works in the Cardiff store to Isaac, who was coordinating our delivery.
We are really pleased with our sofa and 2 armchairs and such a good price.
The few times that I rang the Head Office, I got a bit concerned as I couldn't speak to anyone, only an answerphone, but everything worked out ok and the delivery etc was spot in.
