Fab service for second year now, price matched and never an issue with service. Rang customer following a power cut and router not working, straight through no queuing and resolved issue with forcing an update through and back working within 20 mins over the phone with Roxanne! Much better than previous internet providers!

I have been with Zzoomm for around 3 years and always found them really good, however, they were offering new customers much better deals rather than rewarding their loyal customers. I tried to get a deal but they were not having any of it. Time to shop around I thought anf found a betterservice for a better price. Zzoomm took my final payment for my 500mbs package but from the moment I told them I was leaving I have been getting speeds nearer 100mbs!

We pay for the fastest package and have never had so many drop outs. Have had to call multiple times to get things corrected but it never lasts long. We believe the supposed full fibre is actually sliced but get threatened with huge engineer visit bills if we wanted it checked. Will not be renewing when contract ends.
I tried to add additional comments as they requested-although they can see all of this on my extensive call log-but it doesn’t let me.

I had an issue with my ONT box and the problem was diagnosed and an engineer came and replaced the box asap. I also had an issue with my WAN IP and Maria was very helpful at resolving that issue as well.

I have been a Zzoomm customer for 4 years and to date the service has been fine. However I needed to contact for the first time as we are moving house and needed to close the account. I called them on numerous occasions this week and was unable to get through and the call backs their system offered were never forthcoming. I did manage to get through to someone but they said they didn't have the ability to shut down the account and the team that did were not available. I was going to recommend their service to the incoming family but that's not going to happen now.

We had a lovely man called Eric come round our housing green & he talked us through our options switching to fibre optic broadband. He got us signed up in a matter a minutes with a booking for the fitting literally 2 days later. He even came back on the day of the fitting to make sure everything was going smoothly. Really amazing customer service from Eric - thank you so much!
Hamza who fitted it was also really neat & efficient.

I phoned today with an issue about my Nat type and was connected to Marie we chatted about my problem (she was very polite and helpful. Marie then Marie passed me over to Drexler in the IT department who was also extremely polite and helpful. He fixed my problem whilst we were on the phone. Perfect customer service and problem solving. I highly recommend zzoomm to anyone wanting internet service. ***** 5 star rating from me 😊
