Contacted to renew my contract, spoke to Job who explained offers and options. I explained my circumstances and he sorted out a new 12 month contract still on my current full fibre 500 speed, all done in few minutes, great service.

Where is the customer service when you have a problem? I lodged a complaint which has not been acknowledged let alone dealt with. Subsequent email to 'Customer Care' regarding further issue has also elicited no response. Their stated timelines are not simply not adhered to. Other emails neither answered nor acknowledged. I despair!
One week on, installation remains outstanding and I have received no contact.

Just wanted to say that Dave was very helpful today when organising my new contract . He answered all of my queries efficiently and explained the process of what I am to expect. All confirmed in an email whilst on the phone. Excellent efficient service .

Spoken to Rachel who made the experience so simple. A friendly approachable staff member who made the conversation very comfortable and easy. Upgraded our contract to what we was hoping for with her assistance.
Nice to speak to someone that shows they also care about existing customers and not just looking to bring in new ones with the better offers.
