Annoying experience but ended well

The company created a work ticket number which caused a problem in reviving the product. After emailing and writing a 1 star review they fixed the problem. I went back to delegate my review since the problem was fixed and it seems as if the company already deleted it.

I would give this pump a 5/5 if it…

I would give this pump a 5/5 if it wasn’t for the no lock option. The amount of times it has stopped while pumping because the wind blows (dramatic but it’s so unbelievably sensitive it’s ridiculous). I wear it around my neck and it’s constantly stopping. Create a lock feature and seriously greatest pump in ever. But the aggravation it causes me while already recovering and sleep deprived makes me want to give it a 1. So only complaint but dang it’s a big deal!!! Adorable color, great quality, and overall love this product minus that aggravation. Not ideal if you aren’t just sitting still or have another child already unless you find a lock feature!!!

I thought I’d like my spectra pump more…

I thought I’d like my spectra pump more than this one. But I really like this pump and I get more milk from it win/win! I’ve debated buying an in bra pump; but with everything I’ve read with reviews I am hesitant. But this is definitely the next best thing—don’t have to be tied to a wall only compliant is the screen is SO sensitive so easy to accidentally press buttons.

Probably the best and quietest pumps on the market

Absolutely love my Zomee fit. Replacement parts are reasonably priced. I get a ton of milk out quickly with these pumps and on a low comfortable setting at that. 10/10 recommend!! Oh and they are very quiet, you can not hear them over someone speaking or over the tv.

Best hands free pump out there. I get way more milk with this wireless pump then I do with my spectra wall pump.

Go with another brand/poor customer service

Positives: it's convenient and makes pumping while working or driving much easier. It was also covered by insurance. Battery life is great, I can do a 12 hour shift and not need to charge. Silicone cups feel more comfortable than my spectra.

Cons:
Both sides leak while pumping, even if the collection cups aren't full. My bras are soaked after each pump. I think this may be due to the tabs that connect the collection cup to the pump breaking off. Which leads to my second point, I already had to order replacement parts and it's been less than a month since I began pumping now that I'm back to work. It's also the loudest pump I ever owned so I don't feel comfortable pumping at my desk, which was half the reason I went with this one in the first place. I ordered my replacement parts over a week ago and they still aren't here so I'm leaking during every pumping session. I mean soaking a whole towel and my breast pads. Very frustrating. I would recommend paying a little more to go with a better brand hands free pump.

Update: I ordered my replacement parts on 1/17/24. On 2/1/24 customer service reported it got shipped to my town and no street number or street. Obviously that was undeliverable. I was told they'd ship me a new one that Day. 2/19 it still wasn't sent to me. 2/20 they refunded me but STILL never shipped the replacement parts. So now I have an expensive pump I can't use, and my insurance only allows one breast pump per pregnancy so I will have to buy a different pump out of pocket. Terrible customer service, avoid. Replacement parts are only available on their website and not other retailers like Amazon.

I love that they empty me maybe even…

I love that they empty me maybe even better than my wall pump… however, they leak soooo easy and very loud it’s nearly impossible to move or wear them around people. Other wise considering I was told by lactation consultants that hands free would be a waist of my time… they are going a lot better than they made me think they would. I’d also love if they weren’t so big as it looks like I have an abnormally large chest.

Very expensive and long shipping time

I had my pump for about 2 weeks and…

I had my pump for about 2 weeks and already had parts fail, needing to purchase more, just happy it was the motor of one of the pumps. I also love the convenience of the portable zomee fit, but it is otherwise painful even with trying multiple flange sizes and using lower settings/suction. I still use due to convenience of being able to tend to my newborn while wearing it but I needed to purchase a second portable pump (kind with tubing) due to comfort of my breasts and as a back up if parts fail again. I think the other types of pump, Z1 and Z2 are a better fit and are plenty affordable and portable as well.

Do not buy from this company!

Do not buy from this company!! was originally very happy with my breast pumps, however less than two months into using them the motors on both pumps started failing. I reached out to customer service and it took them over a month and a half to give me an answer and they were just overall unhelpful. They ended up telling me that nothing was wrong with my pump, and gave me instructions on proper washing. Which I had been doing and even replaced ALL the plastic parts in hopes it would make a difference. I am very disappointed in this company and their lack of customer service. For a pump at this price I would expect it to last more than 2 months. I wish they would have honoured their warranty guarantee, and replaced the motors on my pumps.
