Zomee z2

I have the zomee z2. I started having issues where my pump wasn’t draining through the duck bill correctly and back flowing into the space for diaphragm. I reached out to aeroflow and they referred me to contact Zomee. I contacted them and told them what was going on and they were more than helpful and willing to get everything straightened out. They sent me replacement parts to see if it would fix it. Then my pump wouldn’t hold charge and they corrected it as well

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I love the zomee fit pump, but unfortunately one of them stopped working recently. I contacted them about it and within 24 hours they have already mailed me a replacement. Great warranty on pump!

My Zomee Fit Experience

My Zomee Fit I have loved so much for pumping at work hands free! Unfortunately, one of them stopped working. Luckily they are under an amazing warranty. I called the support line and had an immediate response within 3 min a transaction was processed and an email sent to submit photos and a video of the pump. Submitting the photos and video was super simple and quick and Lauren was great to work with to get my new pump ordered!

Zomee Z2 breast pump

The Zomee Z2 is the best breast pump I’ve ever had. It is very easy to use and clean. It has 3 different modes with 9 suction levels. I love the 2 phase mode. I also love that it has a night light. It is rechargeable so it can be a portable pump. The replacement parts are not overly expensive and their customer service is great!

False advertising!

Just looks good but the product is garbage. Terrible job at pumping. Way louder and just gets louder with use (not as advertised) starts bugging out after some time as well. I’m using it now with my second baby decided to give it a try and one of them is making a funny noise when operating. I gave up pumping last pregnancy because i literally couldn’t pump because the pump didn’t work properly. What a waste of 400$

They communicate better then others…

Their communication is bar none. I don’t think any other company is doing it as good as Zomee. We had an issue, they took care of it and kept communicating all the details as it was happening. When we first purchased their BP, we called and they were able to send the larger size attachments out before we even got home from the hospital. We need something from them twice, and they were more than accommodating. Thank you!

Zomee's customer service is the best

Zomee's customer service is the best. I get quick responses to my emails everytime. They are super helpful and answer all my questions. Everyone has been very kind. The zomee products are hospital grade quality. They never disappoint. My favorites pumps are the z2 with collection cups and the zomeefit. I have other pumps but these are my go tos. I get the best milk output with zomee pumps. There other products are great as well we love the baby carrier I can use it with both my 3 year old and 4 month old. Zomee is affordable as well and insurance will cover your pump like the z2 or help with partial cost of zomeefit.

Fantastic company and great product

Fantastic company and great product. I love the wearable Zomee Fit pump and can’t imagine going back to the regular one I’ve used before. The company clearly puts customer feedback first - the upgraded collection kit eliminates all issues brought forth by users (bigger containers, fewer parts, improved attachment).
The support team was very quick to respond to my inquiry and very accommodating. Will recommend to all friends and family!

Pump stopped working after 3 weeks…

I was so excited about these pumps because they were cordless. They worked great for 3ish weeks and then stopped working. The pump still sounds like it is working, the motor sounds like it is working but it doesn't get any milk out. My sister-in-law had the same experience with hers. I used a different pump and was able to get 3 oz out of each breast.

Not impressed! Wish I went with a different brand.

I bought the two pack wearables and one unit was defective upon first use so I haven’t been able to really use them. The defective unit won’t continue to pump (asked a friend who owns the Zomee Fit and a lactation consultant for help) and the unit leaked what was collected all over me and my baby. Overall not impressed at first use!
