Amazing and Fast Support

Amazing! I had an issue with my Z2 pump and put in a warranty claim for it. In less than 24 hours I had a tracking number for my new pump. I am exclusively pumping so this quick turn around was really helpful. They were also so polite in their emails.

I really enjoyed using the zomee z2…

I really enjoyed using the zomee z2 pump. Unfortunately it has started to not pump like it used to. But the zomee team made it easy to put in a warranty and replace my pump.

Highly recommended

Highly recommended.
I been using the zomee pump 2 so far no issues. The batteries has last me at least 3 pumps before charging again. Easy to carry and use while doing chores. I contacted customer services due to size issue and I received help immediately. I had tried other pumps and none have worked for me. Zomee pump so far has. I recommend their products and if help is needed be sure they will help.

Highly recommend

I have been using my Zomee Z2 breast pump multiple times a day every day for just over 7 months and have no complaints. I did start having some issues with the pump battery not lasting as long as it used to, but a quick warranty claim fixed that right up and I was sent a new pump no problem! The customer service dept was very prompt and had my issue resolved within the hour. Highly recommend for the quality and performance of the pump, and the customer service.

Good pump but beware the Sensitivity of the touch screen

There are some great aspects of this pump, but how sensitive the touch screen is has all but ruined it for me which is such a bummer.
I have the spectra 2, and momcozy m5 as my main and portable pumps, and got so excited to see this option of a powerful pump that is also hands free. The suction is strong, and while I wouldn't say I'm getting an outrageously large amount more per pump than my spectra, it's definitely doing the job for how compact it is. It's comfortable, and while they claim to be the only pump on the market that does the massage to expression, I believe the momcozy does the same thing as well.
All that said, really the main issue is that for me it is ultimately not hands free because of the touch screen buttons. The heaviness of the pump on the lanyard causes it to swing around even when doing the most basic of tasks, like walking. The pump will flop around and hit the pumps causing the touch screen to either pause, change the setting, or shut off completely which is really frustrating.
I was so excited about a hospital grade hands free pump but unfortunately its really not hands free due to the screen.
I wouldn't purchase again to be honest. I wish they would've made a belt clip on the back on the pump instead or have a lock option for the buttons.

Great customer service and product…

Great customer service and product warranty. I've contacted Zomee twice now in regards to my breast pump, the Zomee Z2, and both times customer service was great. The pleasant experience makes me more likely to recommend their products. The last thing a Mommy needs is stress regarding her breast pump. Thank you Zomee for the great customer service.

I purchased the zomee fit through my insurance and had an issue with one of the pump batteries. When calling customer service, they were super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond through email as well! Best customer service I have ever dealt with! Love my on the go pump as well, very convenient!

Great product and great support

Have loved using my opera pump, but even more so loved the zoomee support! I had an issue with half the motor not working properly, and they responded quickly to remedy the situation and send me a new pump under warranty. Special thank you to Brigette D. for her help!

Customer service

My pump stopped working due to a battery issue and they provided me with a new pump with little hesitation. I was able to show them a video that it wasn’t working correctly and before I was able to even check my emai for a response, the tracking number was in there for a new pump.

Great Customer Care + Timely Response
