I am so grateful to Zomee because though I love the compact pump and the ease of instruction, the customer service I recently experienced was top-notch too! I am in the hospitality/service industry as a profession and the associate was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, resolving my issue with a new motor to allow me to continue to use the system. I was having issues with my pump and i contacted customer care by email. I quickly received a response. My issues was resolved and a replacement is being sent already. Out of 4 different types of pumps, my Zomee works the best so far.

We bought a couple extra bottles to go with the pump and they were working well until about the 45-day mark when several bottles started leaking - one is from the air valve in the nipple. Two more seem to leak from some little notch that's manufactured into the blue ring collar on the bottles. It's a shame because the bottles worked great until they didn't. The bottles have only ever been hand washed, so the fact that the wear and tear is this bad at 45-days is excessive. Lastly, on one of the bottles the tolerance is too tight so it won't fit the flat piece to convert it into a storage bottle.

It's also disappointing that when I left this 2-star review on the Zomee website about the bottle it was screened and never posted. Very shady about how many other reviews they've screened out.

The zomee fit works great for me! I really like having a portable, wearable pump that still pulls milk well. I'm somewhere in the C-D bra size range. The old parts leaked a bit if I moved around too much.
Their customer service helped me a lot with an order that I screwed up on.
One of the parts on the pump broke and instead of just replacing it, they are sending me the upgraded parts for my pump, complementary.
Highly recommended for a wearable pump.

I have two of these pump one I use at home and another I keep in my bag for work. They are small and compact so I don’t have to worry about carrying an extra bag to work every day. I also love that they are rechargeable so I’m not attached to the wall while pumping and still get great suction to empty my breast all the way.

This is my 3rd pump (motif, modela, now z2) and it is by far the most frustrating to use.. it is small and portable however the touchscreen is SUPER sensitive so you can’t actually move it without turning it off inadvertently and interrupting your session. The battery only lasts about one 30 minute session. The pump parts went bad after less than 3 months causing the tubes to take back flow in. It is also loud and I feel has poor suction and compared to the motif Luna the suction patterns are much poorer for inducing letdown. Many many poor design issues.

Pump is fine but the bottles do not screw in to the pump or the lids tightly and I’ve lost 3, 3plus ounce bottles because they’ve unattached from the pump or the lid screws off if you barely touch it. Very upsetting.

Just 3 day of using this pump and it has already failed to give proper suction. As a first time mom I trusted peoples review and bought this one based on light weight, proper suction and easier to carry on . But I regret my decision. Go for some other brands even they have heavy motors . This will save alot from stressful days. First week with newborn as a first time mom I didn't expect to go through this another stressful event.

I had an issue with my pump not suctioning on one side anymore. I called zommee and spoke with someone through an email and will be receiving a new pump. They were very polite the whole time and listened. I was worried about my supply with not having my main pump I use to pump with anymore. Now I don’t have to stress and worry
