Samantha was very helpful and patient. She walked me through the process. Tge equipment is one of my favorite pumps! Small compact. The battery life started to fade and Samantha helped me receive a replacement. Amazing product amazing staff!!!

Lactation professionals all agree that flange size is essential for getting the most out of a breast pump. We offer courtesy flanges for those pumpers who did not receive the size the need with their Zomee. Do not hesitate to fill out a request online or reach out to Customer Support for help measuring to find your best fit😊

I was distraught because I could not find parts. After weeks of pumping only one breast at a time I decided to give it a try and call in rather than purchasing parts. they happily sent me free replacement parts since my pump was under warranty. This pump has been a great portable option and I was a devout user of a competing old school brand.

Customer support was very responsive and helpful. I work as a nurse and your pump has saved my breast feeding experience, I can use it under my scrubs and continue to chart or provide patient care. The pump works so well I get plenty of milk out while working. Thank you for helping working mothers balance it all.

I ordered pump through insurance with…
I ordered pump through insurance with aeroflow. I am so glad I chose zomee! I ended up receiving a defective pump and reached out and was sent a replacement immediately she even helped me to provide a link to send them my large size video that wouldn't go through. I love the portability however I wish the cords were longer. They also are sending me larger flanges for free. Customer service is great and I am able to pump at work multiple times without charging. Would recommend!!

Excellent Customer Service
Lauren was fantastic! I fully expected getting a replacement pump (mine won't stay charged for more than 5 minutes) to be a hassle, but she made it so easy and pleasant. She was very prompt with her responses and even called me this morning when my email failed to send the picture she had requested yesterday.

The new model is not good!
I absolutely love my zomee Z2! Unfortunately after a year of full time use I needed a replacement. Customer service was great, got my new pump in and it’s terrible! I messaged customer service and they said they had new pumps. The new ones are not good at all! The suction isn’t the same what so ever. I’ve tried all the setting and no of them get my milk out like the other/old model. I also had ordered all new pump parts as well. I’ve had to switch to a different pump bc of the lack of milk I was getting out.Really stinks bc I loved the old pump!
