I'm on my third child, fifth pump brand, and Zomee is the last company I will be using. They won me over from the moment I opened their box. It included adorable pump friendly stickers and a manual that explained not only how to assemble/use their pump, but also a detailed explanation on how to properly measure & fit yourself to get the most comfortable and effective expression. I'm fully convinced I wasn't getting enough milk when pumping for my first two children because the other companies I worked with never gave me the information that Zomee did. Their customer service is out of this world to make sure you're supported with any questions or problems you think you may have. I was stressed about which size I was & their team handled me in such a kind and loving way. Zomee is the company every mom needs in their feeding journey.

I love the pump but the plastic cups crack and break easily and I need to replace them often.

Edited to add: I have been exclusively handwashing my pump parts as my dishwasher has been broken for months and have now gone through two sets of the plastic bottles and experienced the same damage with both.

After some confusion over needing differently sized flanges for my pump and having difficulty figuring out exactly what size, the customer service helped me figure out what size I needed and sent me the ones I needed for free. I appreciate the great customer service!

I needed smaller flange inserts than what the zomee fit came with and customer service got back to me right away!

Brigette D. has assisted me twice through the customer service channel with two separate, non related issues. She's always so friendly and so helpful. I still use my Zomee for my second child! It's a very reliable pump and I know that if any issues arise customer service will go above and beyond to correct them. I would highly recommend using this brand for products that fit your need.

Rossana was diligent and extremely helpful getting my malfunctioned pump issue taken care of. She walked me through the troubleshooting process and once we determined that one pump was faulty, she informed me a replacement will be on its way and to expect a return label to send back the faulty pump. She was very kind and patient! Thank you Rossana!

There was an issue with my Zomee pump 5 months in. I reached out to the team and the customer service representative responded quickly and and helped resolve the issue so I could continue my pumping journey. Thank you Zomee support!

Customer service is great! I sent a message late last night about the motor of my breastpump starting to fail. This morning I received an e-mail stating I would receive a new pump. This is currently my lifeline and they made it so easy and stress free to make sure I won't be without!

I spoke with Lauren who was extremely kind and helpful. She was able to help me get a replacement pump for mine since it was defective. She was extremely efficiant!

A big thank you to Brigette D. she helped me get a replacement motor for my pump that was giving up on me ! The customer service was 100/10 ! The shippping was good as well took about 5 business days the packaging was good came with my motor and a charging cord . I been using my new pump and it doesn’t die on me fast IM A HAPPY PUMPING MAMA NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic customer service! I spoke with samantha who was very quick with responding and got my replacement pump sent on its way within 24hours of me first reaching out. I haven't got my package yet. How much longer should I wait

I ordered replacement parts and according to the tracker, it was delivered to a state. I don’t live in anyone. I tried to send an email asking why I didn’t receive my cards and have yet to hear back so I guess I’m just out the $45 I spent and I don’t have the replacement parts I need.
