I got my pump free through Inusrance. I had not yet used it, only sterilized the parts and charged the motor and left it on my beside table once it was fully charged. I found the motor glowing and not working at all even though I had not yet used it. Samantha N. With customer service was wonderful, she called me practically the next day and once realized I couldn't talk on the phone due to work, whe quickly got us talking through email were she was so helpful and will be sending a replacement motor for me. I don't think I have ever had such wonderful customer service. If the company reads these then Samantha N. Needs a raise for her exceptional service.

I accidentally dropped and broke my breast pump and reached out to see if a replacement was a possibility. Customer service responded promptly and said they were happy to help - Thank you so much!

Every time I’ve had to reach out I’ve been answered within a few hours and the person (Lauren E.) taking care of me has been amazing!! I couldn’t be more thankful!!

I called customer care regarding my Z2 pump which was defective and spoke to Lauren, she made the whole warranty process so fast, easy, and free of stress. I am so happy I talked to her and explained the issue and she was very friendly and helpful. I received the tracking info for the new pump within minutes as well as the return label for the old pump. She also answered all my questions. Definitely one of the best customer services I have received in a long time. Also, I 100% love the Z2 pump.

Had a malfunction on my zomee z1 and customer service was wonderful. They contacted be back asap and sent a replacement within a week! Definitely top tier service !

My Zomee product has experienced malfunction twice and as frustrating as it felt, the customer service was on top of it both times. Very fast, efficient & helpful. They are for the customer which is something you don’t always see with companies. So that’s a plus

I really like the Zomee brand. I had a different brand with my first pregnancy and this is my third pump. It’s my favorite. The one I have is light weight, easy to use, I can use on the go with us awesome and I Love all the accessories you can get on the website! Will continue to buy more from here!

Thank you so much zomee for making my breast feeding journey a better one . I was in a verge to giving up on pumping and breast feeding because I was low on supply and pumping hurts a lot. The default breast shelid I got with the cup was 24mm and I needed 28 mm . Fortunately I contacted with zomee costumer support and they were very considerate to sent me a complimentary breast shield without any further explanation. That was very considerate of them . Thank you so much . And I like using their collection cup a lot . Easy, hand free , pumping and an easy to clean .

Great customer service and overall solid pump. As someone else noted, the collection cups seem a bit fragile, but they sent me replacements after a few of mine wore out quicker than I’d expect.

Amazing pump. Great customer service - I needed new flange inserts, they sent them; my collection container wasn’t screwing on tight, they sent me a whole new set; my one pump wasn’t pumping, they sent me a new pump and parts

Since having my 3rd baby in October of 2024 I have been using the Zomee pumps. Out of all 3 kids I have had the most successful breastfeeding journey so far. I enjoy the freedom these pumps give me, plus the output is great resulting in a good amount of ounces for my baby. However after about 6 months one of the motors started to go. I called their support team and Samantha Nelson helped me submit a claim and now my replacement pump is on the way in no time at all!

I contacted Customer Support to help with my pump and Samantha Nelson was very helpful with helping me file a warranty claim and sending out a new pump because one of mine was defective. Wonderful customer service from the Zomee Team especially since this is my first time trying any of their products!
