I had asked for someone someone to get back to me. Never happened, package was delayed than expected after paying extra for faster shipping.
Package was shipped the day I thought it was supposed to arrive (4 days after purchase)

Got the zomee fit and have been using for 3 months and it is working great! Had an issue with the address I sent my package to and they were helpful and got my issue resolved and my pump to me in a timely fashion!

Pump itself is great. I just wish you could order the correct inserts at initial purchase and not have to pay separately for them.

The hands free connector work better for pumping than the standard pump flanges. So happy I purchased this!!
Wasn’t sure what to expect since I never had good experiences with Willow and Elvie even though they were more than double the price.

Horrible product design, horrible return policy, will not purchase again or recommend to anyone.

The kit arrived in excellent condition and appeared perfect upon inspection. However, I didn’t realize one of the valves was stuck together, preventing the milk from flowing properly, because I hadn’t disassembled it before first use. As a result, after pumping for 30 minutes at work, no milk collected in the container — it had backed up into the flange and spilled onto my clothes and bra. I had to go home to shower and change, which was very inconvenient. I also wish the kit included a smaller flange insert that fits inside the breast shield base, as that must be purchased separately. Despite this experience, the overall quality of the kit itself is very good.

Zone’s level of quality is unmatched. You can’t tell the products went through rigorous testing and R&D. From the packaging to the items themselves, everything is aesthetically pleasing and functional, you can just feel the difference in quality in your hands. Best of all, Zomee is reasonably priced compared to other brands of lower quality.

Great and quick turn around. Love the 7oz for the zomee fit. Great to be able to grab the angled cleaning brushes.

Love, love, love my zomee!! I’ve used my zomee pump with both my kiddos. I’m currently 11 weeks postpartum with my second kiddo and I have an over supply. I pump a LOT and my zomee pump never fails me. I used my first one for THREE YEARS with my first kiddo. Loved it so much that I got another one for this breastfeeding go. 10 out of 10 recommended. I’ve tried a ton of different pumps and the zomee is by far the best. Even better than the spectra!!

I would love to give this 4 or 5 stars but there are a few things I did notice that lead me to not be able to give at least 4 star. The pump itself is great, however the lanyard is sensitive. Some buttons are more difficult while others are very touchy (like mode). It would also be beneficial if the lanyard lite up when lifted especially when in dim lit rooms for night pumping. I have to constantly use my phone to find the (+) button. Another thing I noticed when buying additional pump parts is that the tops of some of the pump pieces are 2 pieces while the second and third parts kits have just 1 piece which is so much better than the 2 pieces (i purchased extra kits). I am not sure why there are 2 pieces in some but it just makes it more difficult when washing and it comes apart. Finally, one of our nipples we had to throw away because it was just streaming liquid as if the slow feed was not in affect. The milk was flowing quickly into babies mouth and we noticed her having a hard time so then I ran it under water and the water went straight through the nipple. Again, overall very happy with the pump but just a few things which hold me back from a 4 or 5 star review. I did purchase 2 extra pump kits and extra bottles for convenience.
