Zip cushions is amazing! We ordered cushions for an outdoor bench, selected the fabric from the vast selection of designs and provided the measurements and in several weeks the cushions arrived - and were perfect! The cost was reasonable too. We highly recommend.

Ordering process was easy. Product was received exactly how ordered and described. It’s very good quality. I’m pleased with my purchase.

The ordering process was great, and communication about delivery was timely and accurate. Fit was accurate.

Downside is choosing a color that works - I had trouble finding a good match. It would be helpful if there could be a way to get a color swatch of the material prior to committing an order.

The quality of the cushion and the fabric is not the best. The cushion does not keep its shape

Product is beautiful! Extremely well made. I was particularly impressed that there is a water barrier inside my new Sunbrella cushions! Service was also exceptional. I highly recommend these guys - very good pricing as well. Great value!

I have been running around in circles with this company for a week. I ordered patio furniture covers and entered the measurements requested. They responded with an email about the cushions I ordered (I did not order cushions). Once we got that straightened out they asked for a million different measurements after I had already given them. I asked to cancel 4 or 5, maybe 6 times because at this point I don't trust them to get the order right or deliver a satisfactory end product. I asked for the cancellation before production even started on the initial order. They will not answer me or confirm. Seems like a very untrustworthy and unprofessional company.

8/18/26 We sent in the dimensions & measurments required 6 weeks ago. Email after email stating that production of a simple chase cover has not stated or been paused over and over. Liam the name of the person from Zip Cushions asking endless confusions questions about the same thing. We cancled our order called the credit card company to dispute what was or was not in their production department and had not shipped. There is no Zip only slippery when ordering from ZipCushions. Today this is a real review not AI that companies are using to advance sales. We are disatisfied with the cuatomer service from ZipCushions as far as the product after reading buyer beware We canceled our order do to their own inabilty to make a simple chase cover.

Finally bought a house with a window seat and found Zip Cushions online. From start to finish it was an awesome experience. The cushion was received when expected and fit perfect in my space. Would definitely use them again when the time is needed.

The cushion arrived and I was impressed however, it easily stained and after following the washing instructions it still shrunk and does not fit properly over the insert. I’m very disappointed for the price I paid that it is ruined in less than a month.

The cushion covers are perfect. Really elevated the furniture back to elegance. It was a gift for my mother and she loves them and is thrilled. The entire process with measuring to ordering was seamless.

Only reason for a four is delivery time is slow. Otherwise, great product. Feels very durable. Custom fit is great! So much better than stock stuff.

I ordered a outdoor bench cushion with the best foam and piping around the edges. The foam is very firm, uncomfortably so. The piping "dugs" into our legs. After a couple weeks, I contacted customer service requesting replacing the foam with a softer version as possible solution. Customer service requested we wait 30 days for the foam to soften. 30 days later the foam did not soften. I requested a softer foam. They then asked for photos of the out side. Sent. Then they asked for photos of the inside. Sent. Then they asked for photos of the pad on the bench. Clearly they don't want to solve the problem, just wear me down. Guess I'll live with the very firm pad that "digs" into our legs.

I got two custom chair covers made for my front porch chairs. I originally got them for our harsh winters but after almost a year of use I also love the sun and dust protection the provide in the summers. The covers still appear brand new. The fit is perfect so they don't blow off. Having these have saved my chairs from wear keeping them nicer and newer looking.

I ordered sunbrella curtains for my pergola area to enjoy the good weather this spring and summer. I’m totally impressed by the craftsmanship and how good they are doing after several months of wear. No harsh sun anymore, total privacy with a stunning esthetic.

I give you 5 star based on a few covers I tried on since I am still doing outdoor kitchen so I did not want to open all at this time but they look amazing and fit very well! Once I fit all the inserts in all of them we will see! So far so good 👍👍

Review from Aug 2 is exactly my experience, run around for the last 6 weeks. Seemed helpful at the onset of order then delay after delay, misdirection it will be sent in 1-2 days and you will receive an email, week later the same, run around, now have a tracking number coming from India. So no product as of yet. 10 weeks and counting. It’s not the delay as much as the dishonesty of their customer responses
