If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered flowers on Wednesday 27th September to be dilivered FRIDAY for my Mum's 84th Birthday. Whilst they eventually turned up on Monday & she said they were lovely, you let me & more particularly an elderley lady down. She felt unloved & being 1000 miles away felt the "guilt" of letting her down. I tried to call dozens of time's Friday & Sat without being able to get through. Whhilst I understand that you are making a full refund to my account, it does NOT compensate fully. MOST disappointed.

I ordered some flowers for my girlfriend in the Philippines, specifically in the Bukidnon area. The local florist didn't have the lilies shown in the picture, so they replaced them with some other, more expensive flowers. Additionally, they included more roses than expected. The result was fantastic, and the bouquet was even more beautiful than the picture. My girlfriend was amazed by the flowers. She sent me some pictures, and I was genuinely impressed by them.
The customer service was excellent; they changed my card message not only once but twice to ensure accuracy. They even called me in advance to let me know that the local florist didn't have the lilies and would be exchanging them. They also delivered on the planned day. I will definitely use Zflowers again.

I had selected a balloon but it never arrived.
The flowers were great but I had used my reward certificate to add a balloon. I chose to use my reward over using a discount code. Yet the balloon was never sent. I could have saved money if I know that my reward was not going to be used.

They don't deliver on weekends
The flowers were beautiful, and the staff are so helpful. But they couldn't deliver Dad's flowers on Fathers Day to the retirement village.

Good customer service? Yes!
There was a problem with the order I made in that it was delivered a day ahead of time and the red roses were really looking tired. I contacted Zflowers and this was rectified by pink roses being delivered the correct day and they were quite lovely. So a hiccup... but sorted out by Zflowers. Thank you.

The flowers were not like the picture…
The flowers were not like the picture supplied. I ordered tulip and paid $100. There where 4 tulips and some other random bits of greenery.
I have used this service before but won’t be ordering again.
I was embarrassed by the quality of the flowers.
I have learned from this experience and will look elsewhere.
