I was rung up on sat the morning the…
I was rung up on the morning the flowers were supposed to be delivered asking for a different flower as they didn't know if they had that flower, then I was rung again say that the arrangement would not be delivered till Monday this was the third call on Saturday morning. I was not happy or pleased with it and cancelled now I am waiting for my money to be reimbursed as the flowers were never delivered and I have been charged over $200.

Cannot deliver flowers on the promised day, no response for days when contacted to find out where delivery is.
Blame passed into local florist, despite them taking money and refusing refund. Support will not respond to requests.

After conducting a thorough investigation, our florist has determined that there was an issue with the address provided, causing a delay in delivering your order. We understand the frustration this may have caused, and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced.
Upon reevaluating the situation, we confirmed with the recipient that the flowers have indeed been successfully delivered. As a result, a full refund for your order is unfortunately not possible in this case.
