Yanis from Zest came out today to fix our dryer and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. He was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything sorted in no time.
What really stood out was how friendly and respectful he was throughout the visit, taking the time to explain what had gone wrong and what he’d done to fix it.
Excellent service from start to finish — a real credit to Zest. Highly recommend Yanis to anyone needing an engineer.

Customer service is very poor and quite rude. Rang twice and both occasions expected better service but the call handlers are just not great. I moved from Domestic and General to Zest and have to admit, currently regretting my decision. The entire Zest process is slow, long waits on the call, no communication on what's happening and no follow ups. It's a terrible experience from someone who was 'sold a dream'. I will move back to D&G shortly.

Zest sent an engineer who found the issue as the hob was not firing.
He went and came back a week after with materials.
I was impressed with the expertise and repair. No idea how he managed to lift the hob, make new connections/wirings and set it back to expected appearance and function.
What a team.

I had a very positive experience with Zest from start to finish. The application process was simple, and I found the whole system easy to use. What stood out most was how smooth everything was and how clear the information was throughout. It gave me peace of mind knowing everything was handled properly. I would definitely recommend Zest to others.

This company I can not recommend enough. My hoover washing machine broke down , I called Zest within 2 days the most helpful man came and mended my machine within minutes .

Zaris is a great engineer he fixed the drawers together the new ones all four and packed up the old ones and carried them to the bin shed with my weak hands just has i needed them doing with my back too. It really helped me thanks to a fabulous Engineer xxxxxx.

This is the second time I’ve relied on Zest for support. My dishwasher was playing up. They arranged for an engineer to call at my earliest convenience. The engineer was on time, quickly found and fixed the fault.
I’ve been very impressed with the ease and simplicity it is to report and arrange repairs for faults. Unlike other companies, when you contact them, they have a ring back option to avoid hanging on the phone. In every instance my call was promptly returned. All the staff I have spoken to were polite, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful.
As I said on my previous review by switching to Zest I have reduced my annual appliance cost, with Domestic and General, by half while adding another two appliances to my cover.
I’ve now used Zest twice and on both occasions the appliances were fixed.
Based on my two experiences with Zest I definitely recommend insuring your electrical appliances with this company.
