The time window is 8am -6pm with no…
The time window is 8am -6pm with no movement. I was told to call on the day to get a 2 hr slot. I rang and rang and after 28 minutes gave up. The engineer arrived was in the house 10 minutes and left. The boiler is in the loft so I have no way of knowing if he serviced it or not. I asked for paperwork and was told it would be sent. I haven't received anything to date. I won't be renewing my contract and will go elsewhere

First engineer never turned up he lied…
First engineer never turned up he lied and said no parking outside when there’s plenty of parking outside and he didn’t even try to call me and say he had parking issues because he was lying and if he called me I would have given him parking spaces, I complained to domestic and general all they did was rearrange my appointment even though I told them that their engineer was lying and they didn’t offer to investigate the matter.
On my second appointment a very good engineer turned up and did a good job for me and saw on the report that previous engineer said no parking, he couldn’t believe no parking when there were enough parking spaces.
