think the engineer could have done with…
think the engineer could have done with a bit more training. Never asked if we had any problems with boiler or central heating system, when were the radiators last bled, had we a Co2 monitor etc.
He had problems geting the boiler to work AFTER the service. Would not sign the service log book when asked as he said a service report would be emailed through unfuortunatley we are still waiting for it to be emailed. So all in all not a good service visit.

Insurance confusion
I bought this insurance in 6th then on the 8th got a msg to say it us cancelled. I don’t understand that. Now have to ring and find out what is wrong.
