Speedy service and replacement of faulty vacuum

It's always very easy and quick to get through to someone - no bots! - and always efficient, friendly and helpful. Shannon was particularly professional and helpful today.

Phoned up over fault on my tumble dryer and had a date for engineer within 24 hours. Engineer contacted me and arrived at early end of time slot. Described fault and tumbler was fixed in 30 minutes. Great service.

You telephone and get through quickly. You tell them what is wrong with your appliance and ask for an engineer to come and fix it. It gets put through to case manager who passes it to the engineers and they then communicate with you until the job is done.

Ive had appliance guard for nearly 10 years now and had no issues with repairs or replacement with items their quick and realibile and ideal if you have family like mine with accident prone children or washing machines constantly on the go

Had a problem with my vacuum cleaner, phoned home appliance who appointed a repair company who did a fantastic repair, it’s like having a new cleaner , brilliant job would recommend home appliance guard to anyone

The repair man who attended today was very polite. He identified himself and then professionally and promptly carried out my repair. He left me feeling happy and thankful.

My washing machine is leaving dirty marks on my white clothes, we thought it may be the seal which is causing the issue but when the engineer came out he asked if the marks came out if they were rubbed to which I said they didn’t, not even after soaking in vanish and re washing, he informed me that the issue then is not the seal, it’s actually to do with lubricant which is leaking into the drum,
therefore going on to the clothes and leaving marks on them, he has requested a replacement machine, for reference my machine is 16 years old now and has been under cover by appliance guard since 2011 so a long time and it has had 2 new drums, he also highlighted the fabric conditioner drawer is brittle and could break rendering the machine obsolete as the whole panel would split. So I am now waiting for the response of appliance guard, as replacing the drum again will not fix the issue and at just under £100 per year for cover I think this would be the best solution.
The engineer knew his stuff (that’s his job) he was polite and very knowledgeable which is always a plus!
